I was in the store yesterday and was happy to see associates wiping down carts and following Covid 19 guidelines. Customers were patiently waiting on line to check out their items and the atmosphere was friendly and respectful. Way to go, Home Depot #3818!

I love this store. It's conveniently located, layout is easy to understand (and navigate), employees are generally very helpful.

Very hit or miss. A few employees are knowledgeable and courteous, but most are extraordinarily rude and know little to nothing. A couple of great cashiers and one excellent lumber guy, but the rest, I wonder how they keep their jobs. I shop here only when I can’t get to the Lowe’s that’s 15 minutes farther from my house.

This store is always busy, the associates are always courteous and knowledgeable, and the products and prices are really good. Almost always I find the products I need quickly because they're found where they belong. This store follows the COVID-19 guidelines for safe distancing, wearing masks and wiping down shopping carts all the time. Customers are respectful of one another and actually make the visit to this store really positive. Great job!

Very clean store. Plenty of parking. Items are well in stock. Easy to navigate.

In the past, I would not have rated this store as highly. It often seems the store out east on Wilson Mills has better variety and more stock. The Cleveland Heights store has been great through the COVID-19 crisis though. I think they have done a great job ensuring shopper safety. They have implemented clear precautions and communicate them well and enforce them. I think customer service has improved dramatically during the crisis, and the employees have been helpful, courteous, and joyful. I Just wanted to be sure to recognize the fact that the shopping experience at the store has improved and a major part of that improvement has been the effort of the employees and their customer service and dedication to keeping their shoppers safe and on track. Thank you Cleveland Heights Home Depot, for being there when we needed you and doing it well.

I was very surprised to see the price of a double oven I ordered online reduced by $200 within 3 days of placing my order. I tried unsuccessfully to contact HD on the phone (800#, on hold for a long time). However, when I went to my local store, I requested and received the price adjustment after the diligent effort of one customer service employee. Very Satisfied!

Many employees did not wear a mask. Several did not honor my request to keep a distance from me.

I recommend purchasing from this store.

This store is always neat and clean. some guy is working the floor cleaning machine every morning. Employees know what aisle products are located in and cashiers are very nice; some are really funny and make you laugh and make your day begin with a smile. enjoy shopping at this store.

I think this store has improved a lot in the number of helpful personnel and their capacity to help. I have been pleasantly surprised during a number of visits at how many sales people have offered to help me and have been very kind about it. Also the restroom is always clean and well stocked.

Overall a pleasant experience. Most of the employees were very helpful. The woman in the tile section is not customer friendly and is not an asset to your store. The store is always clean and brightly lit. We shop here often as we are DIYers.
