Always happy with this Home Depot

Both Mike Lucas and Don were helpful and knowledgeable and courteous. They gave us expert advice and their knowledge to make an informed decision so we got the right pressure washer for our daughters family. Also can’t forget Juanita the return cashier was cheerful and helpful and patient.

Store was fine. HD policy isn't. I bought over $3000 worth of materials and couldn't return $40 worth because the sub had to pay with his debit due to HD credit card servers being down and I couldn't personally pay. Sub lost the receipt so now I'm stick with $40 worth of flashing and a vent that I can't use. Was told the HD policy had changed, so I guess I'll have to change my policy too and shop at the competition more. I've never had any issues with HD returns until now.

I had the most positive shopping trip yesterday at the Dawsonville Home Depot. Your associate Ed in tools went out of his way to find the correct tool I needed for the small job I was needing to finish at home. He listened to my issue and took me to the tool I needed and explained how to use it and exactly what I needed to do with it. His customer service was outstanding!!

Best store every by very clean shelves full /every associates speaking to us and everyone we saw in the store friendly/smiles every one seems to love being at work and helping customers/a thank you for shopping with home Depot /helped with New refrigerator-devilerand taking old one off great service for me and my wife we are getting older

This has always been a great store to shop in and I would recommend driving from other near by towns to shop here.

Seems to me that every time I shop at #0174 Dawsonville store I spend less than I am expecting !! THANK YOU all at #0174 !!!!

We purchased some bath items that were heavy and bulky at the Home Depot in Dawsonville, Ga. A man named Hampton was so helpful in assisting us with out purchase. I asked if he could help us getting it to the truck and he didn't hesitate. He got carts and then did the lifting. He is a great customer service representative. We give him 5 stars!

This store is welcoming, I went into get some supplies for my classroom and from the instant I entered the store I knew that the team was ready to help me.

Between our new kitchen upgrade and our bathroom remodel, Home Depot did Not disappoint. Delivered items came in perfect condition, and the only items I had to return were items I picked up that were incorrect. Everything was linked to my purchase so I didn't even need my receipt and had no issues at all.

Product was easy to find

Associate in the paint department was friendly and helpful. Another associate rang us our items for us at the self checkout.

I've split my time between 3 stores over the last 10 years, Cumming Market Place, Dawsonville and Dahlonega. I consistently find what I want with loads of helpful associates in Dawsonville. Not to discount any of the others, but this location is just overly consistent with great service.

Terrible service. Those associates kept passing us to someone to help only to pass us again to another. Took four associates and an cashier for us to give up because they won’t help us. We are deaf and trying to get help for a product that was on the top of shelves. How hard is that? And to have a cashier charging me twice for one item made me felt they must think we are stupid and won’t notice the difference. Definitely not deaf friendly!

Good store. Usually neat and clean and have most of the items I need. People that work there are very curtious.

I would never shop at any other home improvement store than Home DePot in Dawsonville! The store is neat and clean and there is always a friendly employee to help when needed. Whatever I need I can always find at this store.

If you are willing to find whatever you need yourself, this store is great but don't bother asking where anything is. Employees have no clue. They just look online and not on shelves! Just saying!

I like this store better than the one nearby because it is neat and easy access from the highway. Staff was willing to help right away.

Generally good. Often have to hunt down an employee to get help and actually ask for assistance.
