Tatiana is a really wonderful employee who works in customer service. She has helped me many times with order pickups, and she is always so helpful, professiona,l and friendly. Sylvia is also a great employee at customer service and who is extremely nice and helpful. They both make every transaction a pleasure. Employees like Tatiana and Sylvia make this a great place to shop!

This store always has what I need, has great employees, and just overall rocks it.

Making a large purchase can be nerve wracking, but the staff was very knowledgeable and able to help me make a decision I could be confident in.

John Korz in Millwork was very knowledgeable and personable. He was very professional and able to exceed all of my expectations.

I have had a great experience with each visit. John in Millwork is phenomenal!! Easy returns, everyone was helpful and the store was clean.

Working with Bill (in flooring) was exceptional. He helped map out what I needed and identify all of the materials for my project. He went above and beyond working with me on price matching the item to a competitor's. I gave him a high five as I headed to the register. I left the store with an ear to ear smile. Hands down, one of my better (if not best) experiences!

John Korz is the reason for my review. I gave up on the Millwork department at the Home Depot in Catonsville and decided to go to the Ellicott City Home Depot. This is because I had a great experience in the lawn and garden department in the spring. The employee John Korz took care of me and helped me decide on a door and sidelights install. I left there feeling good about my purchase and experience. I never fill out reviews, but the time John Korz spent with me I felt needed to be shared. I personally can not hire anyone to show up to work half the time or even show up to an interview at my job and to see this man come into work with a wife at home recovering from surgery showed me some dedication. If there could be a million John Korz there would still not be enough. Thank you John Korz for helping me and making my experience a great one.

Go to Lowe’s or another Home Depot. The managers are never present in the store. We shopped this store multiple times a week and the associates know us, but in ten years+ never met a manager. We contract for a major property management company in DC and shopped here as it was convenient on the way to DC, but the store is so inconvenient to park and shop...it’s messy and cluttered and there’s never any parking close to the store. I never take time to write reviews, but this morning, I was just fed up. I’ll get my material from Lowe’s and peoples and wherever else I have to go to avoid shopping the ellicott city Home Depot.

John at the door department is the best！

The guy outside named Adam was extremely friendly and amazing. He was a pleasure the entire time and help me with purchasing my first real Christmas tree. He trimmed it and put it on top of my vehicle. He was pleasant and you definitely have a wonderful employee there. It gets five stars because of Adam.

We went to buy garage opener we were circling Arron’s to find to give us some information I was unhappy initially but that was changed when I met John korz very friendly he take all the time on the world to answer our question he changed everything I think home spot needs more associates like him he even tried to assist us in our question not related to other departments Thx John I definitely comeback to see him

This Home Depot seems to be stocked better than some older Home Depots. They do need to find a way to publicize the fact that we retired military veterans do not get a discount "on certain items," as a Home Depot employee informed me.
