Don’t bother bringing your lawnmower here for repairs. Did nothing.

Had a great friendly experience today - Betsy in tile went out of her way to help me with my DIY project. This guy in Plumbing pointed me in the right direction 3 times. I needed stuff not in plumbing! The 2 people I spoke with saved me tons of time and knew their stuff. For me - it was a great experience - the check out person was also very nice helping me with my tiles.

I like the easy access to garden and parking. I also like the covered part of inside garden where ,for example the pond stones are stored . I usually shop at Columbia but everything there is out in the open so if recent rainfall you have wet bags and leaking once in the car.

Cashier double charged me and I didn't notice until I was home. I have to make another trip to HD with the kids because they refuse their mistake any other way.

John Kortz provided excellent service during our visit to purchase a door for our garage. He was extremely patient and helpful. We would highly recommend John and the Ellicott City Home Depot Store to our friends and neighbors!

We just bought an old home in the area in need of many repairs and remodel. Home Depot has been our "home away home" as we wrestle with all the hard decisions. Their product selection is massive and so helpful in making these hard decade-long decisions. Better than that is their service. Everyone is smiling and so helpful! During this rebuild, my wife and I are at the store almost daily and it's such a pleasure to be there. Thank you for exceptional service!

I had an excellent store employee, Ryan, who helped me from selection through loading my closet door purchase! This kind of customer service is EXACTLY why this Home Depot is my favorite store for home repair, remodeling, paints, gardening items. I recommend this store and staff to my neighbors and friends.

As an Elliott City long term resident, I think the location of this store used to have bad Fenshui because all the stores built there had bad business :-(. Home Depot changed this trend. This is my favorite store to visit. It is always clean. Employee are helpful. Garden is always beautiful.

No one was available to make a key form. Non of the workers present could operate the machine

The associates "working" in this store have no idea of what customer service is. I do not recommend this store if you are purchasing anything other than the basics, i.e., light bulbs, screws, etc. I will not be going back to this store for any other major purchase, even though we have other areas needing improvements.

This store is well stocked and clean. If you know what you are looking for and where to find it, you're good. If you need help; however, you're out of luck. Employees are not knowledgeable or helpful. If you are able to find an associate, they might be able to tell you which aisle to find your item, but that's about it. "You can do it, but they CAN"T help!"

Every time I go into this store, everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. When I use the app to locate merchandise it is always where it is said to be. Never any waiting or long lines. Employees have gone above and beyond to assist me.

I was disappointed that some employees that I spoke to were unable to direct me to the store product location. They would only guess!!!!!! Store security should be stronger especially when a shopper is able to exit the store without displaying a receipt when asked by a checkout clerk. The product that I came for was out of stock and the floor clerk and his supervisor could not tell me when or if it will be restocked but recommended that I go to another store.

Everyone in this store was friendly & helpful. It is a pleasure to shop here.

My favorite go to store for all sorts of home repair items including plants, mulch and more. We almost always find what we're looking for and get great, friendly help if we can't. Never been an issue returning items either.

The sales associates are very helpful in finding products. The cashiers are very friendly! Never a problem with how the store looks and it is well organized!

We went to this store in the hope of buying a French door refrigerator. We first went to the Columbia store, but the while the staff person was very helpful, they were very busy and we'd have to wait too long to get the help we needed. We went to the Ellicott City store where we met with Mr. David Jones. What a saleman! We walked us through all the 3 door refrigerators that would fit into the space we have at home and the quality of each product. He is so knowledgeable about products. WE WILL GET OUR REFRIGERATOR TOMORROW. WOW! The Ellicott City store is much brighter than the Columbia store.

Olivia and her team were AWESOME in helping us recarpet our home! After shopping around area stores, home depot came in with the BEST quality and prices!!

This is a wonderful store to shop for stuff needed for the house. Very clean, very well organized, and the service was polite and very useful. We found every item we wanted. But there is one exception: in the lawnmower area, we had to wait a very long time for service. We were lucky that another shopper, also waiting, was knowledgable enough to explain the stuff to us. Aside from that, all service people were very helpful and accommodating.
