I bought this orange color tool box toda, I put all hand tools into it today

Matt was a great help when making our custom color for our house. He was polite and efficient. I will definitely be going back!

All my visits to this store, all the store employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I come here to shop their garden section and it’s always set up super well. It’s busy now, but checking out is always easy. I always check out with cashier Ashley as she is very friendly and super quick to get all my plants and supplies scanned. She’s such a sweetheart and I’ve brought photos of my garden to show her a few times. This location is near where I live so it is convenient, but the employees make this place better! I give this place a 4 out of 5 stars only because they don’t offer tap to pay (would be more convenient to use). It’s always a pleasure shopping here!

Enjoyed walking through the outdoors shop to pick up some flowers for the front yard. Great selection of what I was looking for.

We purchased bulbs and Raven helped us choose precisely the ones we needed! and I will always remember his kindness and professionalism! At The Home Depot we feel "at Home". They are very service minded!

I get all what i need

Tired of having to run down your shop lifters because your asexual employees are too scared!! If I can do it you can do it. Next time it happens I’m knocking out one of your security people DO YOU SAVVY!!!!!

In general I find HD having a good selection of garden needs and tools. HD is my first to go to place for garden items, plants, pots, tools compost and so on. The only frustration I sometimes have is that a right sized chart is sometimes hard to find when entering. The only reason I did not put a 4 star is that I am very hard to fully please. Having said that I find store employees at HD helpful, pleasant knowledgable and very client (me) otirntrd.

I ordered doors and windows, and everything was smooth and perfect, as expected.

This is the store I go to the most as it's only a block away from my house and it has gotten a lot cleaner and the cashiers and employees have gotten more knowledgeable and better about helping. The new management really shows

On my trip to Home Depot, I was asked if I needed help proximately five times. It was such a pleasure compared to other visits to other places where I have to beg for help.

When I went to the store, I was looking for a rather niche item: a door lock that would lock mechanically when you close it but not an electronic lock. Debbie took initiative with my question and when we found out the correct terminology was a storeroom lock, she made sure we knew we were buying the correct item. She lead me right to it and the checkout process was quick and easy. Thank you Debbie!

We have noticed a change for the better with the overall customer service. Very nice to be able to find someone to help as well as feel that they have educated and experience in the area.

I just stopped in for a couple basics. But on my way around the store multiple employees checked in with me to see if I could use any help. When I did ask one for location of an item, they were quick to point me in the right direction with clear instructions.

Have counted on this store for home improvement needs for many years. They always have a nice selection of fresh-cut Christmas trees. The help I received in purchasing a tree this year was exceptional, exemplary of this store, and deserves to be recognized. Thanks as always Everett Home Depot!

I was looking for blinds for my apartment and the staff went above and beyond searching for the blinds for me, even getting a ladder to check shelves and then Gordon cut the blinds to fit when we couldn’t find the ready cut blinds.

I go to the store at least twice a week and always buy something even if just a new garden plant.

Overall good experience. Personnel were helpful and nice people.

I needed new jigsaw blades and Home Depot had the best selection and everything that I could choose from was well in stock. Now I can continue with my work without hindrances.

I LIKE THIS STORE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL.

The manager Jes is the absolute best. We spent 30 mins on the phone with the credit card customer service who ended up telling us to go to the store. Jes was able to fix our issue with them in under 2 mins. I bought a soda just so I could fill out a survey about how awesome she is.

I felt that your employee Helix is an excellent asset to that department. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and super competent with helping me locate and order the right stuff for my build. You need more like him.

Recently, I ordered a few items and picked them up at the store; I also needed to find some mulch in the garden area and was was able to find a store worker who directed me to the area. When I checked out, cashier Marion was very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
