Store manager will degrade and humiliate you just to not honor a receipt.

Costumer service can be better.

I cannot express how grateful I am to have gone into the Everett Home Depot and met Phillip G. in the cabinet design department. We had a pipe brake in the wall in the kitchen which destroyed all of our cabinets and floor. We loved our kitchen and were not happy that we had to remodel. He was sympathetic to our issue and made it an exciting adventure. He was quick to make changes, had great suggestions and worked with us to help us come up with solutions to our disagreements. He kept in touch through the entire process and came up with ideas that we had not even thought of. I have never received this kind of attention in any store let alone a Home Depot. He made us feel like we were his top priority. I have been in a ton of kitchen cabinet store in Snohomish and King County and Philip G. beats them all! Again, I am so grateful to have gone through this process with him as he has saved us a bunch of stress and made our heartache a fun adventure.

Moe and Amber are amazing people and they are each so helpful. I could not have asked for more!

The store is taking care in the COVID 19 policy.

Kind staff, easy to find items, if store says items are in stock, they usually are.

The store staff are just very friendly and always ready to help.

The store was nice and decent. I went to the Tool Rental Department and rented a Buffer and fan to dry my carpet. Everything was very nice and courteous. The cashier loaded the buffer in my SUV. I could not have asked for a better service. Even with this Covid-19, I am quite please and will do business there, again.

I had an employee from Home Depot make my experience more than enjoyable. This employee was friendly, thoughtful, and knew the product and was more than helpful.

I worked at home depot for 5 years before joining the military. Customer service at the ukiah california store was first class. My first time going to home depot since being over seas was at the everett store. Tim said i could use the behr paint in the sprayer i rented. I wasted my paint and it didnt work. I returned it to kyle and he said he still was gonna charge me plus cleaning fee. I asked to speak to the ASM and he posed as the asm. I called him out on his lie and i still was charged.

Customer service was so so helpful. They also deliver to Whidbey Island and this was a total Bonus!

Product showing as available in the Everett store (via the web site) could not be found anywhere! Employees who helped were very courteous, however, they weren't able to find the product anywhere. The lead cashier did offer to give me a similar product which was a little more costly, but offered to me at the lower cost, same as the one they could not locate. It was a wheelbarrow, but already put together, I wanted one in the box. By the time we were ready to put it in my sedan, of course it did not fit! Thats why I needed one in a box. This was suppose to be a Father's Day gift for my son. Had it not said there were at least 10 available the night before & today, I wouldn't had spent over an hour waiting . This was the first time I shopped at this location & the last.

Unprofessional and rude customer service.

7 people in customer service area with two people actively helping people. Others standing around while one person on the phone. Employees have no interest in helping customers. I was told i could go look for my cart of lumber around the store as the employee said they couldn't help me. 2.5 hours in a store for an online pickup order. Waste of time. Better off going and asking another customer to help me.

Rude staff

This store is getting worse and worse, which is surprising, I seriously didn't think it could get any worse! The aisles are so clogged with crap you can't get a cart down them, they claim they are closing early to "Disinfect and stock shelves" Wrong, none of that is happening. The majority of the employees are lazy and will avoid you if they can, of course there are a very few that want to provide great service, but they are very few and far between, and they too will burn out when they find they don't have the support of their peers or the management. The store is a pig sty, when there is product, it is in upstock, and it takes an act of congress to get someone to bring it down, God forbid it requires a forklift or any other lift. What the app says isn't usually what the store has or is charging. They are using the covid-19 virus to blame on poor customer service.

Went looking for an item and was proved excellent service by employee Kenneth. We will be back for our home improvement needs.

Ash the cashier was very kind and helpful as well as Denise from Jamaica made my experience very welcoming.

Cashier taedan was awesome and very nice he helped load grill and tie up the doors so it didnt bounce around.so refreshing when people are nice and enjoy there job.
