Had a great experience today with Andy in customer service. Had an issue with a product and he resolved it with no hesitation. Andy treats a customer like a customer should be treated. Impressed!!!

I can ALWAYS find the parts or tools I need here at this store.

I think the staff is very nice in this store and very knowledgable.

The clerk went out of their way to assist at wire cutting rack, and when I stumped her she said let me find you someone more knowledgeable. She did this quickly and the gent who worked the area had the answers and advice I needed to complete the order.

I like this location, not only because it's easy and quick to get in an out, but because every store associate I've interacted with have been extremely courteous and helpful. That included the lumber dept, garden/nursery, etc. Associates always led me to the exact item I'm inquiring about or was willing to lug a cart around for me to choose the soil I wanted and then load for me. And being a woman, sometimes the things I needed are pretty heavy to lift. So I really like and respect this location.

Decent experience; store is like most Home Depot stores, lots of stuff in a large boxy building. The employees are helpful, so if you need Home Depot type stuff, it's the place to go. Unless there is another Home Depot closer to where you are.

Jacqueline was VERY helpful and facilitated my carpet measure, purchase and installation, quickly and professionally. What more can you ask for!

Dylan's first day on floor but he got answers from senior A personnel as needed. Unfortunately Megan the person giving the information was consistently wrong and had to be back checked with others.

Brightly lit store, friendly associates, and most of all, the specifications for the washer/dryer I needed were right on the price tag.

I have always been a fan of the Gilroy Home Depot, very clean, organized, great location and plenty of parking. For all the basic construction necessities, I always find the materials in stock

Associate were very helpful and knew the product well. She was able to cut our window dressing in a short time frame. She explained in detail the product , so we understood our purchase. She was very knowledgeable.

This store was perfect except the cashier did not greet us we had to take the initiative and it shouldn't be like that. It reflects a lot on the store. On the other hand, the lady that helped us find our items was super helpful! That is why I'm rating it 4 stars.

Customer service in great, associates are knowledgeable of product, which is a plus!

Walked in not knowing where to find the products I needed and was quickly assisted. Very thankful, bad weather so I just wanted to get in and get out.

Certainly enjoy the variety of products available for DIY projects.

The sod was very dry. Not alot of green at all. I was offered help but refused. Very heavy next time ill accept the offer.

Home Depot always has everything I need, whenever I go there! Never an issue!

Not happy about the online price 100. less than the store price. Would have liked to be paid the lower online price but was told that was not possible.(water heater)

Stacey greeted me with a smile, helped me find what I wanted, recommended a go-with product and rang me up promptly, what a gem!

We took advantage of the black friday sales event in order to furnish our new home. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the appliances we wanted and eventually ordered. He made us aware of the discounts available and the utility rebates. I just hope that the product manufacturers stand up to their products.

Excellent experience on the Saturday following Thanksgiving. The customer service was top notch. Daniel Rivera was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All of the associates were friendly and in great spirits and made my visit pleasant

Their was a long line at the lumber side and Roxanne opened up an extra register to help get us customers out of the store with out items and on with our busy day. I want to praise her for this, she had a smile and a positive attitude as she was helping ring up my items. Good job Roxanne!

Keana and Roxanne were such a wonderful help to my shopping experience. Keana was helpful in showing me to what I was in search of and helped find me an associate specific for my items. Roxanne was very kind and helpful while I used self check-out.

Both Amy and Nicholas, were very helpful in helping me find and get, my items. They went above and beyond, what I had asked. Thank you very muck.

Their staff is willing to help but because Home Depot stores are so big it is difficult to locate the things I am seeking to find. However, once I can find one of their staff they out of their way to help me with my needs and if they don't know the answer they take the time to find out.. I believe the kindness I have been shown is due to the manager, MJ. For example, when I lost my friend in their store she was genuinely helpful. That kind of concern for customers makes this store above the rest. I think it is close to impossible not to feel lost in your huge store but at least when I find someone, I know they will do their best to help.

They had what I needed plus stuff that I forget I wanted. I was disappointed when I got home and found that the piece of wood I had cut was not per the dimensions I told the person who operated the saw. I should have checked before I left the store myself.

The store was clean and product on shelves were in order and help in the carpet area was very good thanks Victor for making my visit a memorable one.

We originally looked in our local store, Morgan Hill, for the product. The associate was very helpful in determining that the product was not available and called a store 10 miles away, in Gilroy, to check availability there. The associate at that store could not be bothered checking due to being swamped. He took our number and stated that he would call us asap with the status. After 2 more phone calls from us and still no answer to the question, we drove the 10 miles to the next town only to find the associate standing behind the computer with no customer in sight. We found the product ourselves and have subsequently written another private review re: this specific employee, who should not be working at the Home Depot Gilroy if management cares about customer service.

the clerk was very helpful we were looking for a certain type of plant.She showed us a variety then helped us pick the one we needed for the area and growing pattern we needed.
