I recently purchased a gas kitchen stove at Home Depot and found the experience very comfortable and complete. The representative in the Kitchen department (Julia) was very professional and explained all the features of the stove and processed the order efficiently. I was very pleased.

Employees always help you out and tell you where,what and how to accomplish said task/tasks.

Most of the employees are great, but there are some shenanigans going on with credit card applications. During my last visit I was told that I could get $20 off for using my Home Depot credit card. I take out my existing Home Depot credit card and I'm about to put it in the credit card machine. The person at the register than says, "don't do that yet. Let me see your driver's license." I give her my license and she presses some buttons on my credit card screen. After doing this about 3 or 4 times I ask, "are you signing me up for another credit card?" Sure enough, she's trying to process a whole new credit card application for me without asking. For the most part, my interactions here with employees are great, but I do question whether or not management is applying a little too much pressure.

HD staff should be trained to properly wear face masks and keep them on. HD staff should talk to customers that do not cover the nose openings.

I had a project to help my brother remodel a bathroom and kitchen in a condo in Millburn, NJ. He needed it done in a couple of weeks, for in addition to him and his wife, their daughter, my niece, was also moving to NJ for access to better oncology doctors in the east. She discovered she has bone cancer. While she stayed with her brother for now to getnthe transition going, i had the pressure of remodeling the bathroom and kitchen in tow weeks. A challenging task. my biggest concern wan the cabinets and counter top. That anxiety was relieved when I met Kitchen Designer, Mr. Daryl Zinn at the store. He understood the situation completely. Not only was he compassionate, but his knowledge, know-how, great customer service attitude (listening and communicating!!!) made this critical and heart-breaking project more achievable. Loved our experience at the Store, and the Customer service, but must say your rejection of a totally honest and fully positive review is beyond puzzling, It makes one wonder; Did you actually read the review? It was all positive, I used No obscene language, did not single out any person negatively, perhaps it was the mention of the other Home Improvement Center three blocks for where we live that got rejected and means you are not really reading these.

My Wife and I have had to travel a bit in the past 10 years from New Jersey to California to Florida to Texas, back to California and back to New Jersey again, and the one constant we have had is the Great Service we received at each Home Depot. This is NOT fluff, they each have treated us extremely and the Hackettstown Store is just another example in the same great service. We sure will be using them as our Home Improvement Store, and this is something we have a Lowe's just a few blocks from us!

Why did HD change the self checkout to everyone having to pick up a scanner, everyone has to touch it and in this virus that's not good, go bask to the slide across the screen....so much better, easier and sanitary......

The store always has an ample supply of items especially the items on sale. The store is clean and help from staff is easy to find.

Was happy to find an abundance of annuals and perennials for sale..wide variety. Also, although encumbered by COVID-19 restraints, customer service prompt and organized at paint counter and checkout. Well Done.

We have been shopping at the Hackettstown Home Depot since it opened. We have purchased carpeting, windows, flooring, bathroom fixtures, tile & vanity all from this store with absolutely no issues. We have had very good sub-contractors come to our home from Home Depot. They have all been pleasant and neat. The atmosphere at the Home Depot is always nice and everyone is always willing to help!

There are always employees available for help. They go out of their way to find an item if I can't locate it myself. It's usually a quick to pay and go. When I order online and go to the store to pickup, it's always fast.

Our daily business takes us up and down the Eastern seaboard from hackettstown to toms River. We routinely shop 15 to 20 stores and the hackettstown home Depot pro desk is by far the best of the bunch.

Mike in flooring and blinds was amazing in his prompt, professional attention and knowledge.
