I usually dislike home depot, but this time, there was an employee who knew exactly what aisles I could find what I was looking for, gave me the aisle numbers. I found what I needed and got right back to my life. Thank you whoever you are

The Kitchen Designer went out of his way to help get exactly what I needed

Travis expertly navigated the computer (I call it the box) to accomplish my goals. He also took the time to make sure my log spliter was properly filled with fluids and attached to my Jeep. Sam was able to provide an instructional Manuel and found 3 other items no one else could. Steve finalized it all - am extremely happy with how it all turned out. Will be back for sure.

I have lived in five different states over the last 20 years. I have to say that this store has one of the friendliest most customer friendly staff I have found. They also have the best variety and inventory of products.

Home Depot has quite an extensive selection of household utilities needed to DIY and some great looking plants, as well! I would like for people who smoke, not to clean their ashtrays in your parking lot and not pitch just before exhaling and walking thru the door. ( I realize you can not do anything about this but I just needed to vent)

I enjoy how helpful many of the staff are in this HD, always willing to help me find what I need, well stocked store and easy to shop, not crowded if you go in the off hours and midweek

I renovated my master bathroom and bedroom this past year. Home Depot employees were a huge part of why I chose to buy all of my materials for the project at Home Depot in Keene NH. Alway patient with me. Once I had a special order come in damaged. No questions or grief they re ordered the product and allowed me to inspect it when it arrived at the store. Even though there was a price change in the product the team at the service desk gladly honored the original price payed. 2 associates helped me load the heavy product into my pickup bed and shook my hand thanking me for using The Home Depot.

Phillip went above and beyond during the purchasing of a new washer and Kimi was extremely friendly and helpful when I picked it up.

I would like Home Depot to get better quality of white woods..

AFTER MY CONTRACTOR DIED, I NEEDED TO RETURN MATERIALS FOR HIS JOB. CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSONNEL WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.

I can NEVER get through to anyone when I call this store. It will ring 6 times and then I get a steady scratching sound so am unable to reach anyone.

Unlike a few other places I've shopped at, Home Depot or otherwise, customer associates at the Keene Home Depot engage with their customers. Making eye contact does not make them do an about face and pretend that they did not see you. I felt very welcomed and it was refreshing to be helped out for a change. Want terrific service? Shop at this Home Depot.

I bought over $500 worth of merchandise and was hoping to use a 15% off coupon but unfortunately it was online only and I didn’t notice until checkout. Obviously I understand that it would not be able to be used but as we were loading the truck I remembered there is a way for customer service to help because I recently worked at Home Depot for over 3 years as a customer service representative and the service desk lead. So we went to customer service and I explained how the coupon can be used and what they needed to do. The older guy at customer service was so unwilling to help us I was shocked. He told us we would have to unload the truck and bring all of the merchandise back into the store. We had several large pieces of wood and heavy bags of concrete and did not have the time to unload. Even after I told him how to help, he refused. I’m fact, he was very rude and condescending. I must have done the exact thing I was asking him to do for me about a hundred times for customers at my store. I always did everything in my power to help customers save money and give them a positive shopping experience. He just stood there and did not offer any other solution or any other way to help, even though the solution I was explaining was very easy. I would have saved $80 if he helped with the coupon. After spending over $500, you’d think someone would be willing to help. I helped customers with the same issue so many times, it was a massive slap in the face that no one was willing to help me. This Home Depot really let me down this time.

Shanti S. was amazing at making sure we were helped with any questions we had not only performing as a great employee, but helping in a way that felt like she was a manager! She took great time to find what we needed and make sure we felt listened to. She worked above and beyond what you would expect

In spite of worker shortages everywhere, service was great.

I couldn’t get through on the phone as they don’t answer it and had to make multiple trips to the store for a refund which they claim went through but has not

How wonderful it is to have employees that really know their stock and are willing to help you select the best plant or flower for your garden
