I had returned two items and that was very quick, only bought two other items and went through self checkout very quickly

Billy in cabinets and Pauline in appliances made the experience easy and walked us through the entire process. This was our first time purchasing something of this size, and they put us at ease.

The Keene NH store is consistently good: the staff has longevity; the shelves are stocked; I find everything I need and can rely on getting questions answered; the staff is customer service oriented.

Three employees made my shopping experience great! Leon at the Front Desk and Jolene and Ken in Millwork were able to retrieve my windows (both special order and stock) and bring them out to my vehicle to load it. Great examples of caring for the customer!

I purchased a Hampton Bay gas Fire Pit for our back yard. You had just what I wanted in size and looks at half the price I found anywhere else.

Dianne in Customer Service was extremely polite and helpful and got we through my returns in less than 5 minutes. I was really impressed.

Product inventory is not accurate to rely on in this store, before doing a project make sure you have it in hand

During my last 2 visits to the Keene store for plumbing fixtures I had some particularly difficult connections to make. People in Plumbing Dept and Customer Service were exceptional in helping to solve issues.

The store and the staff are very friendly however when trying to use the app to shop and locate things in the store the large building prevents cellular service and unfortunately the Wi-Fi rarely works if ever

As a contractor I find this location to be fairly well stocked with comp priced materials and a well rounded selection of (full retail priced) tools; that seem not to go on sale as often as some other regional HD stores but all the same i've found some great deals here over the years aswell! Like every other HD store, the quality lumber is often located under a layer warped and twisted boards so ALWAYS PICK OWN LUMBER! If you need help locating a obscure fastner or specialty items find the guy in the wheelchair or the really tall blonde haired kid; They BOTH have a Yoda like knowledge of everything in stock; these two along with a few others are beyound helpful and just really plesent to deal with!!!! The cell service & free wifi are horrible so NO doing reseach on the fly but if you're willing to wait your turn, Keene's Prodesk is always helpful & one of the morenknowledgable desks in the region.

I love to find well stocked shelves when shopping. This Home Depot was definitely that.

I really enjoy shopping at the Keene Home Depot. I find the employees there to be exceptionally helpful. They always ask if they can help. The person in the paint department, my previous visit, was fantastic getting a perfect match for the paint that I brought as a sample. I always buy the paint for my house there. I also just like to go up and down the aisles which give me more ideas for home projects. I also love the garden center. It is very well stocked and the plants are beautiful.

I am always extremely satisfied with the service I receive at the Keene, NH Home Depot. It is such an asset to have a Home Depot this close to where I live!

Cashier was extremely personable and competent. Helped us design and price our Tuff Shed and to obtain a military discount. Store has a wide variety of good products that are easy to locate.

Great people. It' s what make a shopping experience pleasant. I have asked many questions about products and I always get an answer. If the employee don"t know the answer, they find someone who does. Always with a smile.
