I have always had a very positive experience at this store as compared to others in the area. Never waited to long to get help when needed. Restrooms are always clean and well stocked.

Received great advice and information on purchasing paint for our front door.

In this store you can find associates willing to help you not like the other home depot and Trenton road this one is much better.

STORE VERY CLEAN

Low lighting, associates are not knowledgeable in the areas they work, website shows available quantities of products but they are not there. Associates show very little motivation to help. Store aisles are closed for re-stocking during peak shopping times.

Employees just dont care!

The personnel on the paint department was very helpful and knowledge on their field

I follow their Vigoro lawn fertilizer schedule and this location always has what I need.

I had a very bad experience having to load all 25 posts that measured 6X4X8 and were pretty heavy. After waiting over 20 min for an associate to help I was told we had to load them to cart ourselves then they could help to load them in the truck. My husband hit himself on the head when trying to get more posts from the back because we had already loaded the ones available in the front. I asked for a discount for inconvenience and I was told they couldnt give me one.

I visit the Mission store at least twice a week and have always found the staff knowledgable and friendly. It's very rare that I can't find what I need for any given project.

I found everything I needed quickly. The store personnel is very friendly. The store is well lit and clean.

The store was well organized and the product was easy to find, with the help of employees. So many helpful things for the homeowner.

I stopped by at 9p.m. just prior to closing and a cold front the last day in March. I hoping to find fire logs. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any and decided to ask someone in the outdoor department if they had any left. An employee in the department noticed me looking for help and approached me to see if he could assist me. I told him that I was looking for fire logs and he immediately began looking up at the pallets stocked and said, "I know we have a pallet ready to ship out because they are out of season, but I will find it for you". After searching the entire outdoor department, he found them and proceeded to move the enormous ladder to where they were. This man didn't hesitate to go out of his way to help me find what I was searching for although he knew it would be difficult to locate and laborious to get down from the pallets! What an outstanding display of customer service with a smile! His name is Frank and I am grateful for his help and determination to ensure I left with exactly what I went looking for! Thank you, Frank! Home Depot is fortunate to employ such an exemplary person committed to the kind of customer service and satisfaction that most large companies lack!

I am a "Winter Texan" who has been coming to your Mission Store for over five years when I need to fix something. I am impressed by the wide variety of items in the store. I'm even learning to use the self-checkout for simple items!

Terrible customer service ask for a manager and the old hag says no and walks away mad blurting things out that's insane!!!
