The Mission store is always very organize clean and courteous employees on the floor. I just shop a lot more in the Austin store since I work in Austin. In general all Home depots are great I shop daily and always find what I need.

Asst. Manager would not honor a price that was clearly on the product

I really like this Home Depot and customer service. I go to this particular store because they always make me feel so welcome and employees are eager to help out. I've always found what I'm looking for. It's always well stocked, clean and so organized. The 20 mile drive is well worth it. Thank you Home Depot!

I have been using this store for several years.....ever since it opened. The people are very friendly and helpful. Managers seem to be interested in your complaints. They seek to resolve them quickly. BUT, the isles are not always clear of sale items and the lumber area seem to use some of their isles for extra storage space. First of all, I think this makes emergency evacuation very dangerous for customers. Secondly, parcel blocking is also dangerous. Finally, Your restocking system needs to be reviewed. Some items are not available for weeks. I will continue shoping and telling othrs to shop at your store. But, I would like to see improvements for we, your customes.

Not helpful at all. You better know what to buy yourself and don’t bother asking a question because they won’t help you.

Great location I strongly recommend to friends and family. I will continue to purchase in Home Depot.

Good selection of items

Store personal were very well informed on merchandise I needed to purchase. The checkout clerck was especially knowledgable and very eficient. My wife likes the fact that the HOME DEPOT carries a great range of cleaning supplies which we always purchase there.

Went in looking for a Washing machine only, but thanks to Mark ,a home Depot associate,pointing out a washer and dryer on sale we could not pass up. Since it was raining that day he shrink wrapped the appliances so we could transport them home reducing the risk of damage. We were extremely satisfied with his customer service. We will definitely come back to shop here.

I have experienced both bad, fair, and good service at this store. I seems to reflect the quality of upper management and there have been several changes in management in recent years. Currently, this store is operating at a high level. Additionally, in the past there have been times when a shortage of knowledgeable store associates makes it difficult to get answers and assistance. Currently this is at higher level. This store is clean, but at times, the isles are cluttered with merchandise on display. I understand the value of merchandise displays, however this may be something management can improve upon. I strongly suggest that upper management at any given store reflects on whether the customer has a good experience or will go to your competitors.

It was a nice touch with the greeting person by the entrance, there was one item I wasn't looking for but it was not in the shelves, I probably would have bought it, but I had already gotten what I went for, and I was a little short in time.

I am a contractor and the Pro Desk staff at the Mission Home Depot. The staff there went out of their way to help me out and, its not mush but due to the high heat and humidity they offered a cold water bottle, I really needed it. Thank you Pro Desk for the outstanding customer service.

Due to termite damage we had to remodel our bathroom. An employee by name of Hector from flooring department was excellent in helping us choose our material needed for remodel. He was the perfect example of how a customer should be treated, great customer excellence. Thank you Hector.
