I liked the great customer service

Great Black Friday deals on appliances and employee Maria G was so knowledgeable that I felt great about my purchase. Thanks Home Depot. PS. Big shout out to Diego who told me to wait for the sale. I saved $1300 because of him.

Associates were unfriendly and not helpful. Store was cluttered. Aisles were blocked with merchandise.

The store was clean and neat.

Generally this is an excellent HOme Depot. THeir stock is good, and people are generally helpful. Sometimes there could be more helpers, as it can get busy. There just may not be enough on high traffic times.

The store was well organized. My husband and I didn’t have any trouble finding what we needed . Customer service is outstanding .

There is always an employee around the corner to help with any questions on products. Paint department has Avery helpful gentleman, John. Always goes out of the way to help, and provides great advice.

Always enjoy visiting the paint department. John always has the best advice and he is so courteous.

good hard working employees sanitizing shopping carts

I enjoy shopping at any of the Home D3pot locations because they have everything by category and no need to look for a sales associate unless you need assistance with appliances, flooring , doors , windows and So forth.

cool workers and clean store

The store was clean and organized. My only issue was I went to this location to purchase a Ring Doorbell 2 with your "lowest price guaranteed" and was not able to get the price match. Many big retailers such as the one i work for give their customers the price match.

This store has lots of products and the staff is helpful especially an older man who works in the return dept. and John in paints.

Materials for the most part are there and staff assist you but they have converted to the system used by other stores where they only have 1 cashier and all others are self check out. Disgusting that they lack the customer service. Because of this i prefer going to other place that still has people checking or ringing us out for some of us that dont know how to use that service. Really enjoyed my shopping experience at this store. The associates were very knowledgeable and the store was very clean.

Great experience

The employees have the knowledge to answer valid questions, or will ask a coworker so that I am able to purchase the correct product. Even when I am unable to complete the repair or project myself, I am able to reduce costs by having the parts available that the service repair person will need to complete the work. That is probably the greatest reason why I shop at Home Depot. Projects/repairs is a hobby of mine, not my source of income.

Great costumer service and always clean.

I was immediately greeted by an employee when I walked in and taken directly to the area I needed to be in to find the product I was wanting to purchase. A+ on that mark. The store was well stocked (it had six of the mowers that I wanted) and very neat. The pricing displays were clear and they included some spec information which allowed to confirm my purchase. When I asked the associate about her thoughts on Briggs & Stratton engines vs. Honda engines, she provided me with her honest input. I appreciated that very much.

FRIENDLY STAFF- GREAT SERVICE AT CASH OUT- OLDER GENTLEMAN HELPED RING ME UP QUICK AND GET ME GOING IN NO TIME- HARD TO FIND CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS NEW GENERATION- IT IS A DYING BREED. I AM GRATEFUL THAT HOME DEPOT HIRES OLDER RESPONSIBLE AND SEASONED INDIVIDUALS THAT KNOW THEIR INDUSTRY AND THEIR STORE.

This store was very clean and well organized, the associates in the flooring department, and the paint department were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed.

Found what i needed right away store was organized and stocked.

Managers aren’t willing to help the customers that keep them employed. In specifically Robert, he said he would help but then changed his mind. Clear lack of professionalism and empathy. He chose to not help. Even when I begged, he had the ability to go so. Even the cashier in-front of me said he could. He CHOSE not to! I hope you hire better more qualified staff. People who actually have integrity.

Associates greeted us anywhere we went throughout the store. Most departments had someone available to help.

The salesperson at this store was quite busy but still hunted me down when he became available.
