We went for flood lights and immediately got assistance. Gene, from electrical, was of great help. Way to go, management!

Customer service was horrible. We literally went to go early to get our lawn mower and came home to use it for less than an hour. The belt broke so we decide to call home depot since we have the 30 day warranty with them. The lady we spoke to just told us to call john deer. So we called john deer then they told us to call home depot because we have warranty with them for 30 days. We got fed up then decided to just go to the store. They took about an hour and a half to fix everything! The gardening manager didn't want to get off his fork lift to help us. He sent us alone with no help to go find the part then tole us that they couldn't touch the machine because it would void the warranty (which is understandable). Then a few minutes later he said he was able to have someone do it. I told my husband just exchange cuz all he is doing is wasting our time. So my husband finally does it and the manager asks my husband if he was getting the same one and my husband says yes. The guy then tells us we cannot be exchanging it if the belt or something else breaks because of his inventory.

I don't pretend to know how to do home repairs but an employee named Eubin made my lack of skill seem unimportant - not an issue. I had had a pin hole leak in a copper water pipe in my attic. I had looked at a few videos and thought I knew what to do but Eubin recommended a fix that I never would have thought of and most importantly - one that worked. It was easy and inexpensive. Laugh if you must but Eubin gave me the confidence to fix the problem myself. He literally saved me hundreds of dollars cuz I was able to fix the leak using his suggestion and didn't need to call a plumber. As long as Eubin works at that Home Depot I'll keep going back.

Home Depot is a great store, it has everything that one may need for their home. Very good quality products, some lovely and polite employees. I recommend this store to anybody who loves their home.

The store was clean and it wasn’t too hot or cold in there. Employees make themselves available, and very friendly and helpful. They are not hiding out like some other department stores; I didn’t have to search for them. No one around here was passing the buck.

The store is open by 7am, and the coffee is ready. We like to start our projects early; Texas summers can be hot. The folks at Home Depot are always helpful.

I being assisted by a clerk in the garden department that was looking for a product that I was intending to purchase when he was whisked away by his manager. Clerk did not continue to assist me and just left with his manager. While at the register at the garden department, I encountered the clerk and his manager. I questioned the clerk as to the reason why he left me hanging and asked him if I wasn't important as a customer. He responded that his manager pulled him away because another customer was making a larger purchase by buying a pallet of stones. Preferential treatment I would say! The more money you spend, the better you are treated?

The north store is excellent. I avoid other stores where the employees really need an education about what they are selling. This store rates excellent for my needs. They answered my questions right away. The garden area was swept clean. I get a best value when I'm there.

Associate Alejandra was cer rude. Another associate Sergio helped me and was really nice and apoligized for her behaviour. I asked to speak to.a manager that never came.

The store gave me first class service and took care of all my needs.
