I came just to buy a few plants for my back yard but ended to getting a whole bunch because if the personalized customer service from Kenton and Kathy. They gave me great ideas and were so positive and upbeat. Store was clean, well organized and well lit. Little things matter. I had a very surprisingly enjoyable experience. Great store ! Too bad I'm moving to Alabama in a few weeks.

One of the friendliest stores in the valley. This Home Depot isn't anywhere near my home, but it was the only one that had what I was looking for in stock. Clorox Disinfecting wipes, Lysol disinfecting wipes, besides other brands, tons of T.P. and Paper towels and other cleaning supplies I needed. The Home Depot by my house, the customer service isn't as friendly and always out of stock on cleaning supplies. I appreciate their friendliness

Allison helped me find and buy a highly reviewed gas LP patio heater. She was cheerful although admitted she was having a rough day. Offered to discount the last one which was a floor model. This was for my 96 year old parents. So nice gesture in a time when we are all at each other’s throats. Unknown patron in the parking lot helped me get it in my truck. #benice!

My favorite Home Depot !!

The Disrespect in this store is terrible. The cashier hardly said two words. Didn't ask if I needed anything nor did he ask if I found everything OK. Then to top it off was not very helpful regarding the price of some merchandise. When the transaction was over he still did not utter a word. Just stood there with a blank look in his eye. No "Thank You" or even a "Come Again". Home Depot needs to train kids like this to be respectful and have manners. I am tired of entitled brats!!

my experiences at the store has always been very helpful whenever I needed their help & when I bought my flooring for most of my house this store did not have enough so they checked out where we would have full amount awaiting at another store in Mesa we were so pleased with both of these stores in helping us get what we needed

The service and assistance was excellent. Steven, in plumbing, helped me tackle a very peculiar issue and did not give up until it was solved. It was the third store I had stopped in when it should have been my first; nobody else came close to solving it.

Keep up the good work in keeping your store clean and most comfortable to shop in during this pandemic period. Your also doing a Superb job with sanitizing your store and carts.

Be careful when you are getting quote on kitchen remodeling. Do not pay anything upfront, unless you have the full quote for ALL materials and labor.

I had to purchase a water heater to replace mine which broke. The staff assisted me to quickly and efficiently select an appropriate model and arranged the installation. Ty

During the Corona Virus Pandemic I came into the store looking for disinfectants that I would need in order to drive across country to take care of my elderly parents while I was laid off of work. Supplies were super low, but Kenton immediately asked me if I needed help, and helped me find whatever he could. I was looking for paper towels but since this was a hot item that was unavailable everywhere. There were no paper towels in the store available so Kenton gave me his own supply that he had in his car after I purchased all the items I could find. Kenton, that was so incredibly generous, I can't thank you enough.

It was a shopping pleasure to walk in and immediately see assistants to ask saving me time to search--then after finding iten to get immediate info on product--a clean pleasant shopping experience a five star rating
