The cashier today seemed to be spending time on his cell phone, staying at the cash register, not offering help even though I struggled to get the tree I bought in the cart.

Great customer service and real people working at the registers at this location, not just "self-checkout" kiosks like other HD stores. This location values the human component of customer service and still has actual people at checkout that are ready to help if needed. Great service throughout the store too.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location. The staff are easy to find, and they are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. No matter what my question is, the staff are very accommodating and eager to assist. I always feel like a valued customer in this store. The store is clean, tidy, well-stocked, the prices are good and they have a spot for recycling batteries and old CFL bulbs. A 5 out of 5 shopping experience!

The Staff is always willing to help and go above and beyond. Working with John at the customer service desk was the BEST thing to start off my long project day. He had all the right answers and took care of the out of stock item on my pickup at store order. Watching this man work is entertaining. Best multi-tasker I've seen is a very long time. Home Depot is luck to have in as part of their staff.

Great experience today with Steve in Lumber/Cut Center. He was very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me, a single woman, in my project/purchase of correct wood. He also has helped restore a bit of faith in shopping again @ Home Depot which I had lost for quite some time. Historically my experience has been the salesmen run the other way when they see a single woman approaching.

Great customer service, as always. Take a look at indoor plants. They're beautiful and very well-priced. Nice containers, too.

I have been going to this particular Home Depot store in the Pavillions in Scottsdale. Store is always clean and I have been going there long enough to know where everything is. There are sales items to be found and I can usually find assistance when I need it. Coupons are plentiful. The garden department offers a plethora of plants and flowers very reasonably priced.

Clean and friendly store

In the last few months, I have needed to be at this store, several times each week. EACH time, I find that at least one Home Depot employee has given me exceptional service. I am treated as if I were an important, valued customer -- no matter how large or how small my purchase that day. It is, truly, a pleasure for me to consider this my "go to" store, for help, advice, suggestions and just plain great service.

This store was very clean the associates were very helpful and friendly everybody was smiling it seem like it was one big family doing whatever they had to do to help the customer and that is me I only shop at the Scottsdale Home Depot it was very hot out they offered me otter pops water even popcorn what A great Saturday add Home Depot In Scottsdale

This Home Depot in the Pavillions is always clean and easy to find products. Usually there are some decent coupons that can be used there. Finding someone to help me sometimes is difficult but once I find someone they seem to know what they are talking about.

This Home Depot in all Home Depots are great if you need to remodel your home run a business fix something at your house do signing Roofing painting electrical etc etc Home Depot is the place to go any other place you want to go scratch it off your list and go to Home Depot they are the top of the top the hen and the option to give six stars I would.

I would give 5 stars to the employee that assisted me in my original purchase and 0 stars to management for how they mishandled my billing. In Jan '19 I ordered flooring. I changed my mind and cancelled the order. I was told an Admin Manager Todd would handle it. I never picked up any product and was never contacted about the transaction. 2 months later in March '19 I received a bill for the supposedly cancelled transaction with a late fee. I also never received product because I cancelled my order. I go to the store I ordered from and was told it was still pending but I was being billed for something I never picked up for 2 months that was cancelled. How does that even make sense? They then again cancelled the order and I was told the fees would go away in another billing cycle. Another Manager Crystal reaches out by phone saying she'd like to discuss the issue. At this point I don't want to talk to them AGAIN about this and I assumed, since they told me it was all taken care of that it was over. Now here we are at the end of April and I am receiving a call a day from Citi Bank about my still overdue billing. I have to go to the store AGAIN and this time spoke with the Store Manager Tom who tells me it's my fault for not calling Crystal back to refund the rest of the charge. My fault?! I was told it was taken care of and Crystal made no indication she needed to speak further with me about the billing and she only called once! He again refunded. This is awful customer service and all by the stores management team. It's absurd that here we are 3 months later still dealing with something as simple as a cancelled order.

Been here many times, and each time that I did need help, the people that work here went over and above. Great store.
