I ordered 3) 3"-4" downspouts for a customers gutters 3 times from this store and they continue to get it wrong. They have sent 5"-6" 3 times. When asked to speak to the manager after 10 mnts of waiting and I finally went and got him from the front of the store. He said sorry there is nothing we can do he will refund my money, I explained I am loosing out on a $200 job that has been rescheduled twice and will need to be rescheduled again. Once again he said there is nothing he can do if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. I told him I will not intell I speak to another manager he stated he is the store manager and that he is it.... then called the cops I waited to try and figure out my order and he had me removed from the store by the cops and stated i will not be allowed back.As a small business owner this will impact my business expectantly.

Not helpful at finding products. I used their online purchase and pick up same day. Waited all day and never heard from them, so ended up having to cancel and spend time looking for the item in the store anyway. What a waste of time. Had I not needed the item same day, never will I use their online service or same day pick up service.

Friendly, knowledgeable employees; clean and well-stocked store

We had a sales person come to our house to show us about a whole house water softening systems. We were very impressed by the contract, the continued service and the 5 years of soaps that were included. The install is scheduled for the next day after the purchase. Even with the Corona virus it is being installed. The sales person showed up wearing a mask and respected our fears about the virus. I was thrilled and cant wait until tomorrow. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Easy location in the local area, super helpful people in and out quick to get the job done

Under the new distancing restrictions, store 1532, was running really smooth compared to other retail outlets. The store manager, Darrick, and assistant manager, Rob, greeted customers that were not expecting the social distancing restrictions and line to enter the store. After spending over 30 minutes at line at another Home Depot store and discovering that store did not have what I needed, I was so happy to see that the Stapleton store employees were very helpful, courteous, and organized and they had what I needed. I walked in looking for a specific item. I asked the first person I saw. Was directed to the correct aisle and location. Was helped by a wonderful guy I wish I remembered his name. Got what I needed and walked out the door satisfied with my purchase and the time it took to do it.

It was a nice touch that Home Depot had a greeter at the door with complimentary coffee and donuts on Black Friday. The store was also very clean and still organized considering it was Black Friday. I was able to find the things I came for very easily.

The Stapleton Home Depot has everything. Quality products, helpful employees, variety in every area.

This store is not near my home, but was well worth the trip to get the items I needed. The two associates that helped me were truly amazing. I would definately recommend this HD.

This is the worst HD in Denver. The employees stand around chatting and no one will help you. You ask for assistance and they never come. The aisles are full of products on the floor and not on the shelf. You can't even get a cart down most aisles they are so messy. Carts all over the parking lot. I drive to Glendale to avoid going to this HD store.

Hello, My company purchased carpet from Home depot to be installed in our Property managers apartment which is on site. First off the installers received the wrong measurements from the tech that home depot sent out to do the measuring which was a $50 charge then the installers were not told they would be installing on concrete. So they upcharged me $350 to prep the floor and use liquid nails to put down the tack strip, which has to dry for 24hours. This being said they have no idea when I will get this carpet installed. The carpet I purchased has a 5 business day install guarantee, that's why I picked out this carpet so I could have a quick install. They are also short on the carpet they need to install because the measurement came in wrong by Home depots tech. So today is August 23rd and I went into Home depot and started this order on August 10th and I still have no install. I'm very upset. I cannot move into the apartment until the carpet is installed and have scheduled my life around this. I have furinture being delivered on Sunday August 25th. I am very unhappy with this experience and will be passing the word around to all my fellow businesses associate's about my experience with this horrible carpet install. What it comes down to I just want the carpet we paid for installed ASAP.

To whom it may concern: Overall experience was very wonderful. Very grateful for the professionalism/ customer service of Guadalupe along with her teammate Huy, Within the appliance department. Guadalupe has great integrity, leadership, knowledge and was very personable while helping my family with our appliance purchase during our visit. She and Huy made the environment a positive and friendly experience! Very friendly staff - no matter when I'm there!

Yesterday we came in and picked up an order that was placed almost 2 weeks ago. The box when we picked it up was destroyed, we thought that it didn’t seem right and we said something about the box being torn apart. The lady who originally was helping with picking up the order was rude and seemed like she just wanted us out of there. We got home and there was only 6 pieces of flooring in the box when there was suppose to be 7. When we came in today to explain the situation Deb who works at customer services was there to help! She assisted and was incredibly helpful. Thank you for getting us out of the store with ease and satisfaction!

If you need any assistance, do not come to this location. Associates were not helpful. A girl in the garden center was texted on her personal phone and couldn't be bothered to listen to my question. When I rang myself up that day, I didn't see a discount I was supposed to get. I asked her and she said she didn't know how to get it. I asked her to ask someone for help. Went back and ordered a fan. The person who helped me didn't want to look anything up about the fan so I had to do it on my phone. When the fan didn't arrive, I called the store. Someone started to help me and then put me on hold. I called back to talk with a manger who then also put me on hold. Worst service I have ever had at a retail store.

I get hands on help with my order. I am a General Contracting Company. We buy al lot of products from this Home Depot because of the service. The help that I get from Ron Galvez and his managers is number #1. I am not the easiest person to deal with at times. Ron and his staff always help to get my projects ordered and delivered properly.
