Knowledgeable staff. You just have to wait a bit to talk to them. However, when you do they help you from start to finish.

The pro desk is one of the most efficient and knowledgeable departments throughout the entire metro area. Management has improved greatly and this store is among the best!

The service desk is always rude and not willing to go the extra mile to insure you leave satisfied.

This store is a dirty, cluttered, chaotic mess. The huge level of inventory sitting around in the aisles along with the picking ladders in the narrow aisles make it difficult to get around the store. I used to think that well, OK they are doing inventory. But it has been like this for months. I've been going here since it opened, and in the last year or two it has declined terribly. Very mismanaged.

This store is always cluttered and inventory often low and not accurately reflected on the HD website. I ordered several items online for in-store pick up. More than 12 hours after placing the order I had not received a ready for pick up message. When I went to the store the items had not been picked and were no longer available at but my credit card had been charged.

Store designers are very helpful in choosing different products and appointments are set quickly within a few days of stopping in for initial consult. Very responsive!

I always have a great experience at this Home Depot. Every encounter at this Home Depot has been very pleasant and employees are very attentive there.

I was doing some last minute Christmas Eve shopping and was thrilled to discover that all Christmas Décor was 50% off. I was ecstatic to find 6 ft Nutcracker on sale. I always wanted one but was never able to afford one due to expensive pricing. Today was my lucky day and staff was terrific in accommodating me with my purchase. I ended up buying a whole cart of other decorations - ornaments, garland, bells, additional Christmas tree by Martha Stewart (love her :)), wreath, and Angel tree topper. Can't wait to wake up Christmas morning and add more STUFF to my already decked out décor :)! Thanks to Gerry, Dave and Alexandria, fantastic HD staff members, for making my Holidays that much more special :)

I love this store as the employees always go the extra mile to help you! Prices are great. The store is always clean. Every time I ask help From an associate when I can’t find something they all know exactly where everything is!! That’s why I shop there all the time!

While we did have to wait quite a while to rent a truck here, this was partially our fault and the crew especially the tool rental manager Kevin Kickham was very helpful through the whole process including expediting us after an insurance issue.

Like ALL Home Depots this one is no different, ZERO customer service. Long lines to checkout because they refuse to hire more workers. Or all their workers are horribly managed and hangout out not working. Either way this is a poor example of how retail shopping should work on any level. Way to miss the mark once again Home Depot. You wasted another 42 mins of my work day. Thank you.

This place is great, super friendly and helpful.

Emily at customer service was very helpful. She got her supervisor's permission for me to take home some rocks that I wanted, that Home Depot would have just swept up and thrown away.

Aisles are constantly littered with unshelved products and trash. 90% of employees have no product knowledge and/or are unable to navigate their own website. 50% can’t direct you to the correct aisle or area of the store in which to find a product. If you ask an employee who is not in the area they are not assigned to call someone who is assigned to that department it has been anywhere from ten minutes(granted not that long) to 25 minutes for someone to respond, or a few times, no one has responded and I had to ask a another employee to request someone from the department again. Completely unprofessional store. Go to the Wadsworth Home Depot, well worth the drive even if you live in the Stapleton Area.

I purchased a dryer from this store on 8/11/18. It was scheduled to be delivered on 8/15/18. It was delayed until 9/15/18. Then it was delayed until 9/18/18. Then it was delayed until 9/22/18. No one at the store was helpful in getting this problem resolved. I asked for a refund of my money. That was the only thing that went well. The sales associate I worked with failed to return my calls and was only interested in getting positive feedback on the customer survey.

The Stapleton Store on Quebec will be highly occupied with commercial contractors and trade professionals for a few more years now. Residential D.I.Y'ers & occasional shoppers and homeowners will do well to avoid "rush hour" periods of 7:00am to 11:00am and avoid 3:00pm to 5:00pm. Early morning (6:00 am) and evening usually feature 60%-75% fewer customers jamming the flow stream.

Where do I start ? This store is severely lacking in management and employees. It’s ran by people who know nothing about building supplies . The inventory is a joke , they’re out of everything . The selection compared to other stores is terrible. The store is filthy and the parking lot is filthy. Someone needs to come in and revise this store in a major way. Even check out at the pro desk is painful . This is a huge time waster for contractors trying to check out .
