Geoff Van Osdel has help me the last 2 times I have went in. He was friendly, fast, efficient and informative. I walked in stressed out doing repairs to my home because something broke. He recognized me the second time. I am a single mom doing repairs myself. He walked me directly to what I needed explained what else I may need. I left the store and I was no longer stressed out and ready to tackle the repairs.

If it is assistance or satisfaction you're looking for at this store, DO NOT approach the store manager. "PETE". Instead, look to get assistance from their lower paid employees.

There was no tag on item Sabrina knew how to look it up on register and made it fast and easy.

Was able to get my lumber stud and pay

I went in and was able to go straight to register 1 with Sabrina and have her ring me up and I was able to ask how her day was and she asked me like a worker should if they care about their customers and was told about the survey thank you

Refused to sell a $50.00 plant because they didn’t want to look up the tag in the system nor offer a suggestion to the missing tag . Said well we just won’t sell it .

The prices are generally fair, but the reason I like going to Home Depot is because of their employees. They are always willing to answer questions and show me where to find exactly what I am looking for. Thanks Home Depot!

YNA at the self check out line has very good customer service by greeting me while entering the store. She also helped me in the check out line.

I've been in this store several times only because it close to my house. I have yet to find an employee that wants to even try to help in any capacity. The hard wood selection is minimal compared to the Eubank store.

I am a disabled Christian female and employees always treat me unfairly and with disrespect. My family was stupid enough to join the military and my parents dumb enough to teach on the reservations. Lee Whistle's involvement is never a good thing.

Isaac, despite being a relatively new employee and not familiar with the department I needed help in, went above and beyond in making sure I received the help I needed and ensured I left with a solution to the problem that initially brought me into the store. Excellent (even good) customer service is hard to find but if Isaac is representative of the caliber of the other employees, then I highly recommend this location (Coors/I-40) in Albuquerque, New Mexico!

Am employee named Paul helped us. He was so friendly and knowledgeable that we will return to this one just for him.

Geoff Van Osdel who is the Customer Experience Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Stood over me in self checkout and held o e of my items up against his stomach and made me scan it in his arms then would not give it to me until my receipt printed. I am a grown adult who does not need to steal and if you don't trust me open up lanes wh where employees check you out.

Special order was mixed up/messed up somehow but Sabrina fixed is and smooth things out. Called me directly and told me my product was at the store, what time she was working, and that she would be there to make sure everything went smoothly

Bought a washer and dryer this morning was please with the price and the service that I received from the sales person she is really nice knowledge and very helpful thank you very much

I returned a defective water heater to this location per the manufacturers instructions. I was very impressed by both Dolores and Omar and their willingness to help. They did not know about the return, but quickly tracked down the information and processed a store credit. They were a huge help since this water heater was initially purchased by my late father and I was trying to assist my 80 year old mother.

Had to do a return on some fittings because I got 1/2 OD instead of 1/2 ID. Associate was very rude when I asked for DEBIT purchase to be refunded via cash as I was going right back to plumbing to get the correct fittings. I don't feel like waiting 3-5 days for my GOOD AS CASH DEBIT purchase to be refunded.

Dana found me on the other side of the store after I had given up on finding an item in her department. She brought two of the items to me, instead of me having to go back across the store to get them. KUDOS to Dana!

Lorraine was very helpful and handled our purchase very efciciently

Overall i was upset at the customer service they were rude and they did a horrible job at delivering my product in good condition
