Extremely helpful employee who will assist any and every time

Ordered Washer and dryer set a month ago and had y’all install it was great. I got a dishwasher and grill for my Daughter today she’s getting married and needed for her new home

I'd driven an hour to another HD, but the item I wanted couldn't be located, although the website showed 7 in stock. I contacted this store and related this to Paul in Customer Service. He offered to check for me, but he didn't just check. He pulled the item and said he'd hold it for me til I could get there and that way, I could checkout there, too! Wow! Empathetic, friendly, helpful, and thoughtful! I can't say enough great things about Paul! I wish I could have thanked him personally. Five years into a remodel complicated by supply issues has been tough, but people like Paul make the world a better place.

Was assisted with lumber choice and then having it cut - was greeted and assisted immediately upon arrival and was impressed by the overall customer care and service throughout the store.

Customer service an hour before closing can be dicey, so I was extremely pleased by how helpful everyone was in helping me locate what I needed for a project. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me get in and out of the store quickly. Thanks!

I was very pleased when two different HD employees walked by, spoke to me and then asked if I needed any help. I have been coming to the West Macon store regularly for a about year now and that was the first time. Good job!!

The only positive things I can say is the 10-12 week quote they called within 8/9 weeks to schedule install and it looks nice. Once there, the errors with survey guy caused so much stress/frustration from new drawing changing/increasing fence size, gradient wasn't correct for the fence HE picked out/recommended on that part of my yard which stopped the project as I tried to find a bobcat that week (which never happened), I suggested different fence that could go there and was originally dismissed then days later that was recommended back to me (?!?), then they missed a gate install which I had to remind was part of my plan/price I was paying, only to put it right in front of a sewage drain so I'm not sure my lawn service lawnmower can ever get through there to yard behind the fence to mow. Brought wrong fence placement up 3 times asking it to be fixed- never was rectified. Yes lumber is expensive and wait is long, but do not use this location or their preferred fencing company- save yourself 2+ weeks of install stress and issues!

The change store is great, but need to take some time to clean and organize the shelves. Need to be sure that every hall is clear to walk and not clogged with merchandise in everywhere.

I bought this last month, mason line, metric flange nut, RYB one+ 2.oal high perf. Battery, 8pk bar nuts leaf grabber.

My wife and I are early shoppers, mainly to defeat the crowds and noise involved. Being older it just helps us in many ways. The personnel at the Home Depot in Macon, Ga. were so helpful and patient with us and our many questions. Thank you Sheree, Liz & James!!!

I was greeted at the door by knowledgeable staff, who pointed me the right direction to find what I was looking for. I was then expertly assisted by a very young man, who helped me locate what I was looking for. He offered suggestions and advice. All of which help my project turn out perfectly. Nice to see a store with enough staff to help their customers.

This store are neat and clean every area that i went through associates are friendly and helpful. The cashier that assisted he is friendly his name is Kyle.

We had visited several store looking for a chandelier with no success. Matt, store manager, was able to find a solution to our situation and we look forward to continue shopping at Home Depot

Eric,Pete, Micah and Morgan of the gatden area could not have been any more kind, helpful, and shined of southern hospitality! I felt as if I had my personal staff addressing all my needs. When I go there again, I will be soon, I am going to be looking for one if not all for their expertise and sincerity!

Continue to receive emails regarding this account and I have never been in this store. Efforts to correct the problem have fallen on either deaf ears or blatant disregard for the customer and their account. This disregard for customers has not been isolated to this store, but throughout the company; therefore I only shop HD if it is the last resort.

My visit to #1772 on 2-25-21 was pleasant and expedient. I was able to get in and out within 15 minutes. An Associate (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) assisted me with courtesy and kindness and she told me exactly where to find what I was looking for.

The employees are helpful and knowledgeable in assisting customers with their needs on a project from start to finish

I Enjoyed SHOPPING AT THIS STOP THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME AND THEY WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED. I WILL BE COMING BACK SOON.

I love going to Home Depot for all my home and yard needs my store always has what I need or something that will work in its place and if not they will help me find and order what i need to complete any job I take on So I give this Home Depot 5 stars every time I go there..So keep up the good work..
