We love the location of this store. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The plumbing and electric departments are better than the competition with better organization, and selection. The plants and garden merchandise is always good quality and well organized.

Pathetic, nobody wants to do their job, half of them don’t know how to do their job, the rest just don’t care they only want their paycheck. They will lie to your face to keep from having to do any work

Thank you Michael for excellent customer care. You were most helpful and knowledgeable. I received the MOEN manufacturer's replacement part within 48 hours! It was at no additional cost. I'm keeping the temporary replacement part purchased in store as an emergency back up.

I was in this store last night about 7pm, and found this store staffed very well. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Although our experience with CoCo was not great there was one associate, tall older black guy with Gray hair, he greeted us and made us feel welcomed to shop.

The employees are very helpful and friendly, seemed to be ready and willing to help.The prices are good.

Customer service was good but a bid process was directed to management which took an excessive amount of time and then they did not act on the request. The manager refused to meet with me to explain which in turn cost the store a 2500.00 sale.
