I normally do not like this store because I never get the help I need or want. Seems as though they have improved their hiring process and hired people with better customer service skills. I had a great experience today and am more willing to shop here than I have ever thought to do before.

The staff person I asked for assistance to look for the item I needed was intentionally deceptive and dishonest. It is very discouraging to shop when staff working for the store do not treat customers with respect. The store may have great sales items but when customer service is bad, everything looks bad.

Customer service is lacking and do not rely on the loading in car service. With a baby, I struggled with shopping here and found the employees grumpy than my baby. But if you are looking for a "do not talk to me" shopping experience, then I would recommend :)

Very poor customer service on the phone, waiting over 45 minutes

Store has trouble with employee cross training, if only one employee trained, and they are busy then you can wait up to 35 minutes to get help with a specific need.

Very clean and organized. But the purchase area could use some organizaitonal structure. Like where to lineup. Currently, there is no line set up.

I think I've been shopping at Home Depot for more than 2 decades especially this one is closest to my home. I never hesitate to shop at Home Depot because I've been comparing the price for a long time with other stores. While it is lower on most of the products, it may be a few cents higher on some others. I have the confidence that I am saving money buying in Home Depot. Selections are good. Store may be better organized compared to other Home Depot branch but overall experience is good. I always find what I need and it's conveniently located. Parking sometimes may be difficult since it shares parking with the Great Mall.

The store are generally clean and organized, especially in the morning, because the type of customers that usually comes in later in the day typically rude and they tend to destroy a lot of Package materials, and leave them all over the storage area, they are like children, anything that are packaged they have to open and handle it , don't seem to trust what they see and it's frustrating because some time contractors are in a hurry and you just grab it and run, when you get back to the job site and open the package then you realize your trip was in vane because there's something missing from the package.

parking is easy

For me, this is a good store to shop at, but it depends on which employee you deal with, some are better than others. Also finding the items offered for sale can be a bit daunting at times. Often area(s) is disorganized and not well maintained.

Excellent staffs with great customer service skills. I came in with a problem and the staffs there were extremely helpful, especially Robert Enriquez, one of the supervisors. He helped me tirelessly to solve my problem, which was opening the filter tubes.

The place where i get all i need for my job, and my habbit! Clean and nice to get your tools and evrything! Im a driver of one carrier and my habbit is about tools. power tools from mechanics to painting and to electrical they have what ever i need.

I was very disappointed in my experience at this location. Store was neat and clean but the associates were rude and not helpful when I was checking out. Manager was rude.

Store employees do not have answers to questions. Checkout staff is very RUDE !
