Barry in the Paint Department absolutely nailed it, helping my wife and I pick the right paint for our home renovation project. In fact, he was swamped with customers and I watched in awe at his professionalism, friendliness, and knowledge with each customer.

Ask to purchased the last echo weedeater. Ms Leah with way beyond to made sure she found it.

We went into Home Depot looking for a planter. After looking around we saw a planter on the counter ask the garden associate about it. There was no price on the planter but the associate called the manager, and Gage was able to make our day with a fair price 😀 he really saved the day!. We're new to the Planting community and Home Depot is now the #1 store for all things garden & plant Mama's. Thanks to Gage, finding a planter, soil and great service was a first in history. I've been to Home Depot well over 200 times but this is the first time that I've left a glowing review. I normally just leave H.D. unimpressed. Not today! HATS OFF TO THE WAXAHACHIE STORE AND GAGE.

Careless cashiers that double ring items! and if you think that's bad, wait till they won't correct the issue for the overcharge. Be careful doing your buisness here.

I'm not able to review the product any further than how much of my money they took for it. It said one avalable for pick up or one available for delivery tomorrow on their website. Now 3 days later I'm on the 4th time they have put me off on when I will get what I paid for. They were quick to take my money though.

The 3 employees i spoke with before check out deserve zero stars, but Alexandria at the checkout in the garden center deserved 5 stars so i had to split the difference. Asked 3 different employees in different departments where items were in their department and got the same answer..."don't know". Looks like they went to the same training.

This is the best Home Depot in the metroplex hands down.

There was a lady from the merchandizing team who seemed out help for me in the plumbing department and after seeing me wait for a really long time she went on to seek help again until someone came. The person that showed up only pointed me toward areas where I could find what I needed. Then an associate named Charity Bear came by and took diligent care of me until we figured out exactly what I needed. Her urgency and want to fulfill my needs made me feel very grateful and myself being a former employee I was glad to be such a loyal customer still
