I like this store very much and always have a good experience when shopping there.

Takes over 30 minutes for any order requiring forklift to load.

The Waxahachie store has so many nice employees very knowledgeable always willing to help always brings you to the right place if they can't find it they will stay with you until it is found even if they have to call someone else they will find what you're looking for and if it's not in the store they'll find it can order it for you thank you Home Depot Waxahachie you're the best

Overall very friendly and much more helpful than other HDs ive been in.

Each time I shop at the Waxahachie Home Depot, I am greeted cheerfully by an employee the moment that I enter. There are employees around to assist and they seem to notice when I need assistance! All employees are professional and exceptionally helpful. It's just a great shopping experience with a very clean and organized store, and high quality products! I am in and out quickly. The environment is exceptional.

I would recommend The Home Depot in waxahachie tx. They listen to what you need and help you they take you there. If you need anything they're willing to stop and help.

We went in to purchase a new dishwasher because ours died. Larry and Smitty in Appliances were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Larry explained functionalities and helped us choose the best dishwasher for our needs. There was one question we asked to which Larry didn't know the answer, but he looked it up right away and was able to answer it. They both were very customer-centric, which, as a customer, I definitely appreciate. We will be buying future appliances from The Home Depot Waxahachie . . . if Larry and/or Smitty are there.

The lady that works at the paint aisle is great. She goes above and beyond for the customers.

The store was very clean the bathroom was clean as well. That's very important to me the bathroom being clean. I love the Home Depot in Waxahachie Tx. I will be returning to the Waxahachie Home Depot. I once brought a hot water heater there, I love the warranty that I had on the hot water heater. I had to call the warranty company and they told me to take it back to Home Depot and they took care of me with know problem. Thanks Home Depot for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Service was sub par . This is the norm for this store. They do not seem to understand who the custimer is. We pay for good service and good products

I arrived at the Waxahachie store with no idea of whether the type of product I needed was even sold by Home Depot. Candy, the cashier in the Garden Center knew immediately what I needed and walked with me to the precise area where it was stocked. Candy was exceptionally cheerful and helpful. She told me she LOVED coming to work every day so she could help her customers! What a delightful and helpful experience she provided. It makes me want to think of something else in the Garden Center I might be able to use just to get to visit with her again! By all means, ask for Candy anytime you are in the Waxahachie Home Depot Garden Center! You'll be glad you did!

If you need help with electrical, you need to see Kim in the electrical department. He will walk you through what you need. I could not have made an important fix to my pools electrical without his help

Home Depot is my FAVORITE store. And I have always enjoyed shopping at this store. Employee John is a very smart man and his help is always right on time. And his help saves me extra wasted time on whatever project I am on.

This place doesn't even deserve one star the help is horrible . Guy employees have no problem looking the other way when they see women struggling to lift something heavy and on top of that every time we needed help had to call the store to dispatch some one they never came think I will travel a little further in future to go to another Home Depot next time I will have to record these guys and upload it on here so y'all can see how sorry they are
