Needed to purchase a hot water heater. Robert was very knowledgeable and articulate in helping us with our purchase. He also gave us guidance regarding getting more years of use!! THANKS ROBERT!!

Your employees do not help you find the products. No help getting the microwave bulky box off the shelf. My husband had to get it himself. Rather bulky item. Very dusty on all the microwave boxes. Employers are not that friendly or helpful. All the merchandise in the store very dusty dirt. Needs to be cleaned better. Just telling it is like it is.

Staff was very helpful, the plumbing staff is very knowledgeable as was the cashier.

Noah, in the lighting department gets 5 stars: he had a professional demeanour and a sense of humor. He helped me out with finding the proper bulb for my bedroom and also walked me over to see the floor lamps. there was a woman (HD staffer) at the entrance; however, she neither greeted me nor welcomed me to the store: she gets 0 stars. Ramonda, the cashier neither thanked me for my purchase, nor did she even say "hello" when I approached the register. though she did say "I'm open"..though she at least gave me a verbal response when I asked if I can return the bulbs if they're not the right size. she gets: 2 1/2 stars.

Even though it was not the associate department, it seems he was cross trained and willing to help. Thanks.

This store has proven very helpful to me from contractor supplies (I'm not a contractor) to appliance purchases for my new home.

The two employees at the checkout went above and beyond to assist me and were very friendly. Shopping is always easy at the store.

The clerks are very helpful and courteous. The store was well stocked and clean. The clerk walked me through every item I needed.

The clerk was not helpful I was supposed to get a 5% discount for expending over $1000, and I did not get it

I always find what I need at fair value. When I need assistance everyone is pleasant, knowledgable, and patient.

Disappointed to see at least 4 employees not wearing masks and another wearing one improperly. These employees were not social distanced from each other nor customers as well. There is a large sign at the front door requiring customers to wear masks. I assume there is a policy for store employees as well.

Wonderful store to do business. People are really helpful and Cheryl in the Kitchen section was A Plus in assisting me. I would definitely return to Wendover Home Depot.

I found our sales girl to be really striving to please us as customers. She went out of her way and made several phone calls to answer questions that required expertise in installing carpet, and got back to us with answers in a timely manner. The service we received could not have been better and we were happy to see a good work ethic. Without her enthusiasm to succeed, we would not have made the purchase.

The lady that works in plumbing knew exactly what part I needed for the new dishwasher and knew exactly where it was located also the cashier was pleasant helpful and friendly since I had several christmas giftcards i was using. Although a very busy store everyone was helpful and friendly. This store rates very highly and is way outstanding compared to the other home improvement stores in the area.

The kitchen Design Consultant, Joe Bauman, is freaking awesome! He mocked up a computer image of my new kitchen in one sitting! I can't wait for it to become a reality!

Horrible experience. Went into this store today due to the convenience of its location, nothing more. I simply needed to return an item that did not fit. While waiting at the Returns register I was told by a Home Depot Team Member to "move out of the way" so he could apply a sticker to the protective plexi-glass separating shoppers from the cashier. The sticker said, "please wear face coverings/masks at all times." This particular Team Member was NOT wearing a mask/face covering. If you're going to post signs requiring your customers wear masks/face coverings then please hold your Team Members to the same standard.

On 2 July 2020, COVID-19 safety precautions here were VERY lax, the store was understaffed and crowded, and for 20 minutes I could not get served for bales of straw at the outside trailer so needed to go back in store twice; once to ask again for assistance and finally for a refund.

If I could rate this store a zero star I would. GO TO ANY OTHER HOME DEPOT. Rental department lacks any type of can do attitude or sense of urgency. Has no advice for anyone. Useless, useless, useless. Couldn’t even offer to help load a very heavy piece of equipment. Awesome, can’t wait to never come back!

On Sunday, May 17 at around 10am, I had came into the Home Depot off of Wendover Road in Charlotte, NC to get a copy of some keys made. I had asked an associate where I could get keys made, he told me aisle 9 and said he would get someone over there to help me. I went over there waiting for about 5 minutes. I see plenty of associates talking to each other unaware that there is a customer that needs assistance. I had to hunt an employee down since they were no where to be found. I found an associate and told her that I needed to get a copy of keys made. She said she would send someone. I go back over there. He then shows up. I could tell immediately he had NO interest in helping me and acted like it was a chore to help out a PAYING customer. I told him do I need to take the keys off the chain, he says rudely, “NO, LET GO OF THE KEYS” I give the keys to him. He puts it in the machine and starts making the copies. I just inched towards the key to see what he’s doing. He than rudely says “GET BACK”, I am wearing a face mask, so there was no need for all of that!!!!!! After he’s done making both of my keys, he abruptly hands the original keys to me and practically tossed the copied keys in my hands without looking at me. I said thank you. He than says “YEA.” I did not get his name. I wish I did though. Because that was THE WORST I have ever been treated at Home Depot. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! I’d drive 2 hours to another warehouse store that has much friendlier staff before setting foot into this location again!!!! Never going back to this location!!!! NEVER!!!!!!
