The staff are friendly and well verse on their respective area, if the person is not on his area he is honest to deal and direct you to the appropriate person... the store is clean and easy to find the spexific items cause it was arrange axcordingly. The shelves are full of stocks, and arrange properly. On its shelves sample screws and fittings are present in order not to buy the wrong items in terms of sizes and types.

The Wendover Home Depot is my favorite palce to shop for my home/yard needs. It is so close to my home and so convenient to get there. Glad you are where you are. Your associates were very helpful and directed me to where I needed to be for what I needed. The store is normally very neat, but today they must have had some products come in for putting up on shelves. The aisles were still passable though.

this is the most unfriendly Home Depot in Charlotte. Was trying to purchase some moss killer out in the garden shop and was stopped so a forklift with a pallet of one bag of fertilizer was being being moved. One bag on 20lb fertilizer. The two associates, one driving who didnt know how to make a turn with the forklift and the other playing majorette twirling the flags, were oblivious to the fact that I was waiting on them with my hands full and 2 other customers were held up by their shenanigans. Then a third employee came along and the three of them started joking around while we were waiting to be able to shop. They looked at us and just ignored us.. I wasnt in the mood to play their game so i ended up only buying one item that I really needed . I would have spent $100 there that day but left only spending $2.70.. And the parking lot there is a maze.Half the lot is blocked by their yard supplies, which should be to the side of the lot and all sorts of trailers of merch.. obviously the manager of this store is not concerned with regular customers

Store was very well lighted and extremely clean. Every employee was courteous. Can't say enough good things about Mr. Dolce our sales associate

Very busy during the chinese bat flu pandemic (wuhan coronavirus), but kept CDC recommendations and was just as easy to shop as anytime else.

If you won't need help,know where everything is and don't mind waiting then loading yourself..................but if you preordered, it won't be ready even though you received an email saying it was, so you wait while they look for the order then they have to pull items again while you wait. Then go to mulch/soil area where you are told someone will be available to help you(I am a handicapped senior need cane to walk) but there won't by anyone, nor will you even see an employee while you struggle to get mulch bags into car yourself......or I could have driven back to store parked in handicapped space, walked back into the customer service area, waited in line then waited while someone hopefully finally did show up to load mulch.....couldn't stand and wait any longer. Customer service, organization not so much!

The store was clean, the employees very helpful and informed. The sales woman - Cheryl - for my washing machine knew what she was talking about and if I had a question she couldn't answer she looked it up. Great store to shop!

This store is just the best! The staff is so friendly and helpful. When they ask you if you need help they mean and show great examples to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Location is really favorable to me. The staff works so tremendously knows their products. They really love to served and help the customers. My experience is superb ill love to recommend this store and you have friendly staff, clean environment and organize items easy to find according to their alley. KEEP IT UP GUYS!

Please always keep this wonderful store open!!!! It has been My Home Depot ever since the doors first opened and that was a really long time ago! This store is always clean and organized and the employees are always friendly and willing to help me. I appreciate having this store close to my home it is convenient!!

I love shopping at Home Depot on Wendover as it is close to my home and has everything I need for my home and lawn. It's the place to be if you like good products, good service and friendly faces!

All employees friendly and helpful, from plumbing to lumber to garden center to electrical , etc.

Great store. They almost always have my orders ready when asked to do so. They have introduced me to ways of saving money through the bid room. Good bunch of guys

Always love shopping there. The store looks clean but a lot of trash and things get swept under the racks. It is gross to be checking out the bottom shelf items.

Three associates were extremely on their game with all I needed today: Returns, Electric dept. and even the cashier was so kind. Awesome service!

Terrible, no, there was no customer service at this store. We asked multiple people for assistance, no one ever arrived. Several employees walked by the aisle we were on. The cameras were recording us consistently but no one came to get the item we intended to purchase. And I despise self check out. I will not return to this store
