We had an absolutely excellent shopping, sales, and delivery experience. Our salesperson allowed us to wander, then stepped in once we needed assistance. SHe shared observations and insights, and made the sale easy. Our delivery team was diligent in protecting our property and showing us everything needed to have a successful new refrigerator.

Picking up an online order for a customer @ the customer service desk. Lexi quickly processed the request & informed me which door it was going to come out of. She even knew the loading crew was busy helping another customer with a large order and she went above n beyond by retrieving my order on a cart, personally wheeled it outside to me and assisted me loading it. Fantastic service! In addition, she reviewed the order with me to make sure it was complete.

My husband and I visited the store to return a large amount of retaining wall block and needed some assistance to do so. The situation as a whole was stressful because we live in Cartersville and had to travel to Acworth to rent a trailer to perform a return of these items, and did require a little help. Carmen at the register, called for someone to assist. I did inform her that we would need a pallet and a jack in order to better assist the associate who would have to return the blocks to their location in the store, vs using several carts to make multiple trips. A D21 associate came out believing he could use the reach to offload, but I told him it could not be used as it could not get close enough to get underneath the trailer. He then told us he couldn't help, as he was the only one on the floor, and proceeded to walk away to restock shelves. As a former HD employee for the same department, I was shocked at his response, as it was always driven into us that any employee, can assist in any department, as long as we were not actively assisting another customer! His attitude was poor and his behavior was UNSAT! Who I will acknowledge on a positive note is Carmen and Collin! I was very upset at the situation and my attitude was not the greatest, but Carmen remained calm, tried to ensure that we got some help, and she did so while still assisting others. Thank you Carmen! I also want to recognize Captain Collin, who noticed us outside offloading these blocks. I was holding my infant and trying to help my husband. Collin asked us if anyone had come to help, and he even asked us how long we had been there! Despite his disability, it was his vigilance, perseverance, and CAN DO attitude that allowed him to successfully assist us with offloading 145 heavy blocks with my husband and I, who is also disabled. To see Collin take charge, all on his own, without ever being asked, is truly an inspiration to those who are able, and more people should take his example. Bravo Zulu Collin!

We are big time DIYers and often find ourselves shopping at the Acworth Home Depot. What we really appreciate is how clean the store is and the overall energy of the employees. All the people who work there are very nice and seem to enjoy their job. Mr. Russell in lumber is usually the person who helps us out. He is always so helpful, attentive and professional. We truly appreciate his help and insight — it makes a huge difference in our shopping experience, especially when we need multiple lumber cuts.

Lousy policy on Storm Doors and limited inventory on in stock items. Items you should have in stock but don’t apparently require special order and changes not allowed. 29.99 interest rate on a Home Depot card is Criminal!

Came in to buy a mini refrigerator. Was met by Michele who was very helpful regardless that that was not her area of expertise. Then we were met by Jason. It was a customer service guy came over and helped me and my wife eliminator options and get us to the right price. We purchased our refrigerator with Tiffany who was also great. And then we were met by Michele and George who helped load the refrigerator under the back of my truck. I didn’t have cargo straps at the moment in my truck so my wife ran in to get some came out with the straps was met by Rodney in the parking lot who was right there with the screwdriver to help us open up the cargo straps . All around this was an extremely great experience. You should be proud of all of your workers that are listed above. They’re an asset to Home Depot. Keep up the good work guys. God bless.

They did not delivered the item on the date stated on the delivery order an email confirmation,I had everything lined up for installation the item wasn’t even shipped from where it had to come from.

Hi, I've been very happy with the quality of service and product availability.

This might be premature to comment on our experience with Home Depot and the installation of replacement windows. A neighbor referred us to Dirk Quartemont. Dirk had represented Home Depot in installing replacement windows in her home. Dirk had proven himself to be honest and very willing to accommodate his customers wants and needs. We have not had our windows installed yet; however, we found Dirk to be punctual, professional, patient, and knowledgable. I hope to comment again following the installation of windows and hope to be able to report, as my neighbor, that Home Depot's window installations are five star.

Our family have been regular customers to this location for years, and have always had great service and great choices. When we needed an installation done like our front door, the contractor was nice, professional and proficient. When we replaced both of the toilets, that contractor was careful to check his installation was as perfect as possible. When we had to replace the closet rails, staff advised us on the best choice, & we installed it ourself. Overall, we tend to go to Home Depot on almost every home project and hardware items.

We've been shopping at Home Depot for decades and have never received as knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, service as we experienced at the Acworth GA location today. Thank you Andy!

Went to the Acworth, GA Home Depot needing a number of items in the Lighting/Ceiling Fan Section and was surprised when, after asking for help, the Assistant Store Manager, Patti, appeared offering to help us with our somewhat complicated purchase. We were even more surprised when we learned she was in charge of the store on the day we were there. Notwithstanding the demands on her time and how busy she was, Patti provided an outstanding level of customer support and service! She clearly is one of Home Depot's BEST! With her help, we completed one of our best ever shopping experiences at Home Depot. That is saying something given the number of times we routinely go to Home Depot for all manner of things.

Michelle has been working at that store for several years and is consistently an amazing employee that helps customers with their needs and solutions. She is one of three Home Depot employees I consider top performers. Michelle is an employee who adds so much value to the customer experience! Phenomenal experience & helpful. I've been shopping at HD for decades and there are 3 "go to" employee within the area that I love. Sam, from west Cobb for plumbing issues, and Jim & Michelle from 156!

I was out looking at appliances for most of the day. When I went to this Home Depot the associate was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable.
