We had a great experience in Flooring over the weekend. We've been in the market for flooring for quite a bit but never found anything the right price. Lucked into flooring we both loved that was marked down. There was only a couple boxes left. Scott in flooring looked it up and ended up having another pallet he got down so we could buy enough for our entire upstairs. Scott was super helpful and a wealth of knowledge. Explained our underlayment options and how to put those down. Was a great experience and was nice talking to an employee that knew a lot about the flooring. Helped explain Will Call to us and made sure our flooring was brought to the front of the store quickly!

I have gone 2 days in a row to get fire wood and the employees are very nice and very helpful there.

It is amazing the difference that a new light bulb can make! The old light bulbs in my over the stove microwave would burn out frequently. I went to Home Depot to get a new one and the associate, Roland, discovered that it was the wrong voltage. After looking at the various options, I purchased new LED bulbs that will save energy costs, last longer, and definitely provide more light for cooking. Thanks Home Depot

I have to say Tom and Gary in plumbing have always been very helpful to me anytime I needed help.

The employees are fantastic. They see a puzzled look on your face and ask how they can help. Wonderful customer service.

A young woman by the name of Sally really has her employees bought in to giving customers the best satisfaction they can have. I drive out of my way to go to this specific Home Depot over closer stores.

"Pro" employees were horrible. Embarrassingly NOT professional at all! I needed ringing up the few items I COULD find there. Someone is either not restocking the shelves or not ordering inventory. Neither two "Pro" girls talking to each other were receptive to me getting rung up. Had to ask them for service.Rolled their eyes and asked if I was a "Pro" or regular customer. They pointed me to the ONE OPEN regular register who had a line of three people. I shuffled over there. As I did, another man did the same, stating he is a regular customer, and after she motioned the other register, he said something to her that was inaudible and after rolling her eyes she opened it. Why!? How is it okay to not have stock, not have employee help around to help me get what I need, and why is there no one wanting to understand customer service anymore!? I felt unwelcomed and therefore, will not be returning. If anyone ever mentions going to The Home Depot, I will be certsin to tell them all about this experience and how awful it made me feel.

Went I walked into that store I felt so good they were so family from beginning to end I loved it

Bought stain to work on deck with lid was not closed well. Spilled over me and my vehicle when loading.

Carole is amazing. Store is clean and always has what I need in stock.

A store associate named Francis went over and above to help me and an older gentleman find the lawn mower we needed and a good price .

The Store Employees at this store are great and always willing to give you the best customer service. I would recommend this store to my friends and family.

Be sure to tell the cashier that you have a military discount if it applies at check out as the Home Depot cashiers do not ask if you may qualify for the 10% military discount.

When it comes to immediate needs, HomeDepot is unmatched. Always up-to-date inventory solves my purpose to come by. Repairs to equipment have been a priority for me; quite reliable.

Speaking from my recent experience in Garden Dept. Poor selection of popular plants, azaleas, hydrangeas, impatients and perinneals, loads of pansies?—left over inventory? Much higher prices than in the past. Not enough staff for help & only one cashier on a busy Saturday. Sat in line for pick up of mulch, potting soil, etc, for 20 minutes (no exaggeration) with only one vehicle in front of me who got a lot of mulch, but saw only one guy working. Purchased topsoil, but was told they were out at pickup. Who runs out of topsoil this time of year? Went to cashier for credit who sent me to Customer Service & when I went inside there were 6 people in line with, again, a lone cashier. With the threat of boycotting and a store down the street with ample inventory, help and better prices, they need to step it up! So I would not recommend this store for your gardening needs.

The store is well organized and easy to shop. The associates are knowledgeable about their areas of work.

Store cleanliness and product availability is such a low bar for The Home Depot. That should be reserved for Wal-Mart. Customer engagement along with a positive attitude goes a long way. Please take that into consideration.
