Aways very helpful and courteous !

Very rude check out clerks who are not helpful at all.

Employees seem to unavailable and uninterested. I often find that Lowe’s nearby has a better selection and better customer service.

Some of my previous experiences here have been less than stellar but this weekend changed all of that. I had the nicest person, Tara, help me. She found my orders that were amiss and had them brought out and loaded for me. It was such a pleasure to have this kind of customer service experience.

Easy to find what I am looking for and very helpful and friendly staff when I do need assistance.

We shopped all over the area for flooring for our new home. Home Depot had the best selection and the best prices on both carpet and waterproof vinyl plank. We purchased carpet for our 3 bedrooms and were so surprised when he told us we qualified for FREE installation on the carpet. Thank you Mike for all your help.

The customer service area is vert vocal, disorganized and SLOW! Store management is never present on the floor, need to get out of the office and actually manage the store.

We visit the Aiken Home Depot about once a week. Their employees are always so helpful. They will walk you to an item you can’t find . Or find another employee to help you if they can’t . Everyone in this store makes you feel they care about you, Thank you for great customer service!

My experiences with Home Depot have been positive. The associates have always been helpful, professional and patient when asked for assistance. I am glad they are in Aiken, SC.

Store #1117 Aiken, SC is well stocked and neat and clean. I received excellent customer service from the floor person who helped me and the check out time was not long.

Associates most helpful, on task to provide phone assistance in finding, securing product and processing the purchase. 6:30am via phone spoke with associate in plumbing who confirmed product on hand, she transferred to customer service desk where Kathy completed the transaction.Both ladies were focused in meeting and exceeding my urgency and needs for the water tank I was seeking. Kathy was so very customer focused, getting my purchase transaction completed and was most enjoyable to work with.

My Favorite Home Improvement Store

My trip to Home Depot was extremely early, as I had a project waiting on the exchange of my paint. The customer service was very helpful, and kind. I needed assistance in the paint department and when checking out the cashier was very friendly, considering that it was shortly after they open, that was impressive. Everything I needed was in stock. The store was very clean, I was able to get the assistance that I needed. I enjoyed my shopping experience.

The cashier Cara was so friendly. Nobody helped me in the garden area (most likely because it was freezing so that’s ok). But Cara took the time to appreciate my business and make me feel wanted in the store. I will return because of her attitude and personality!! I haven’t shopped a Home Depot since 1999, the year I quit the rock hill store!! Lol I was a Lowe’s employee for 8 years following that so I’ve always shopped there. But the atmosphere at Lowe’s has dramatically dropped. The one I was at in York sc was amazing. Aiken not so much. But y’all just gained me as a loyal customer now. Y’all not only have everything I need, your employees are more friendly!!

Nothing bad to say, great place to shop!

I have been shopping here for a while and I have never met a mean/rude employee. They make you feel comfortable shopping and like you are a valuable person. If I was a rich person this store would certainly get most of my money because the employees are kind and helpful.

Tria and Anslee 2 employees there sold me on what I already knew. I've shopped this location fairly regularly, I've always had pretty good service, I've never left displeased. I made an online order and there was a hiccup in it. These two ladies worked hard and fast to make it right for me. It was a busy day, their work load was definitely high cause the lines were long, but they sprung into action, there were a few roadblocks along the way procedurally but it didn't deter them from making sure I left happy. In under 10 minutes they figured out a quick way to fix the mix up in a way that actually gave me a tangible benefit for the small inconvenience. 10/10 I was always pleased the store was neat, organized, prices were fair and it stays well stocked, but customer service is something stores in general are losing, but not this one, this one has it in spades.

Like shopping at the store, employees are always friendly and willing to assist.

This store FINALLY got more than TWO (2)ELECTRIC carts for those of us with LIMITED MOBILITY ISSUES....Please thank the store manager for adding more electric shopping carts.
