i do not reccomend stores / restaurants you should text and call when drawing for sweepstakes. often calls show up as spam or telemarketers

At one time I would have recommend Home Depot because employees,service and products where above average... Store always clean however employees especially cashiers and front desk have been rude and could care less if u get help especially when it comes to getting heavy things loaded in your car.. They get a attitude if they have to help you and don't find value in using manners. I won't be shopping in Home Depot unless I can't find what I need elsewhere..

I found customer service helpful on a return. The only problem I have encountered is having enough help in the store. I had to wait 25 min. to get a board cut.

On this visit customer service were more alert and serviced customers lines were not as long as previous times NO on cell phones or grouped together. Much much better. I believe a manager was at front desk maybe that's why all went well. This lady kept it moving. Older and experience goes a long way. This was Monday A.M. this was refreshing. Keep up the good work.

Shopping at Home Depot is always an adventure. The employees go out of their way to assitst you. If they don't have what you're looking for, chances are it doesn't exist.

Marquise was very helpful in many ways including loading the cart and my truck. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

The store FINALLY put out new Electric Shopping Carts [ after many years ] and it made getting around the Big Store much easier than without having to push one of the grocery style carts around. VERY VERY HELPFUL FOR SOMEONE LIKE MYSELF WHO IS HANDICAPPED WITH SEVERE BALANCE PROBLEMS. IT WAS A GOOD FEELING TO FEEL SAFE AND SHOP AT THE SAME TIME. MY THANKS TO THE MANAGEMENT.

I had a very bad experience there yesterday. I was buying flooring and there was one person in the department. I was given a card with a bar code on it to pay at the check out. When I went up front to pay, the cashier said that the card was no good and that I needed to go back to flooring. I asked if she could call someone in flooring and she said ,"No.", that I needed to go back to get another card. Back in flooring I had to wait while the sales person helped two other people, despite the fact that I had originally been there first. It took about a quarter of an hour. When I got back to the cashier she told me that I should smile. I did not tell her what I thought she should do.

An excellent store of its type. Beats the other types, nearby at all levels.

I entered the store at 7:50pm on 7-2-2020 at the Aiken Home Depot. And went to isle 28 bay 20 The spot that the product I wanted was empty. So I got help. There were a lot of boxes on the very top shelf with a bunch of boxes behind it. The guy I get to help me stands there for about 30 seconds looks up and says “we don’t have any.” Online says they have four. Instead of getting a ladder and going up there to check for the customer he just grabs his phone and takes 4 out of inventory. I understand the store closes in 10 minutes but being that lazy is not acceptable. I have shopped at Home Depot for many many years. After this I am done. Lowe’s is my new store.

The cashier was very friendly and safe. She was wearing a mask and her gloves. She treated me as if I was the owner. Thank You

Clerks, etc. wore masks and social distancing areas were marked, though many customers didn't wear masks and ignored the distance rule. The sales person that helped me took time to explain and demonstrate the product I was looking for. He was friendly, helpful and patient to answer all of my questions. It's nice to go into a store and not have to track down a sales clerk.
