Cashier Vincent was so rude and manager on the phone was so weird don't know exactly what happening on Sunday it was one of the horrible services i dealer with

Prodesk is the only way to shop at HD. The best customer service, especially Pilar, she is so helpful and always smiling.

I shop at several HD's and Alafaya store has the best pro desk of all... Pilar is good at her job and she makes sure I get what I need. Awesome to see that Pilar likes her job. Great Pro desk.

Associates throughout the store were very friendly and I was asked frequently if assistance was needed. My displeasure was upon self-checkout. As I ready to pay, an associate approached me from the back and stated I had not scanned two items. I informed her the items were scanned and proved it to her, that they had been. She simply walked away. Unapologetic! Her demeanor ruined my shopping experience

First time we have shopped in this location. Very impressed with how neat and well stocked was. Was asked two times on our way to appliances if we were looking for something. In the appliance section employees (Carl) was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding the purchase of a refrigerator. He was very customer oriented and professional in all answers. All stores need customer focused people who care and take the time to explain.
