Cashier maria at the pro desk is very rude.

Had as store associate hover over me until I completed my purchase and then walk away once my receipt without ever once saying a word to me. I felt very disrespected shopping at this location, and it has soured me on the whole company. there is no place for actions like this in this day and age. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

Almost every time, what I need is in stock. Though I didn't need help, I appreciate the offers of assistance.

No complaint about the employees but I do have to say this location always has a lack of product, and 90% of the time I end up having to purchasing it elsewhere

This Home Depot store, in my opinion, has done better job than many other home improvement stires. It is maintained clean and neat with everything placed orderly. More important, it is the staff that makes a difference. You will feel so welcome and valuable. Staff will continuously asks you if you need any help. I was there purchasing outdoor furniture, and the team in charge, including Chris, Brian, Josh, and Brandon, provided so much help and made extra step to make sure my purchase gets the best result.

We have been going to this store and over the years it goes in times where the employees are either friendly and helpful and there are times when they could careless and are very rude. As of lately they are very rude and don't seem to even to want to be at work. When you do ask for assistance, with the exception of a few that have been there a long time, most of the employees are very short with us and seems that we are a bother to them. The employees at this store need to work on customer service and how to treat their customers. Also, it is hard to find someone to assist us when we need some help. At time when we finally find someone, they tell us that this is not their department and don't even offer to call someone to assist us.

This store was clean and concerned about all of its customers. With a friendly environment, it is not question that the business marketing strategy has a thumbs up. Leadership starts with diversity, which is the key and without it America is only a philosophical brand name of liked countries with liked ideas.

I had bought a whirlpool refrigerator from them and after 4 service calls for the same thing whirlpool refused to take the reg. back, talking with the store manager (Brian) he agreed to take the unit back. So bought a Samsung which will be delivered this coming Friday. At that time they will pick up the lemon ref. (whirlpool). The people in the store helped me greatly since I have to do all this over the phone. In a wheelchair and can't make it to the store. Have used their delivery service a fee times and the drivers where all great and place the items where I need them. Great job....

The store is very conveniently located. If help is needed there is always some employee willing to help. The store has a wide supply of products. Since I am retired Army the cashiers always give us thanks for our service and also ensure we get the benefit of our veterans discounts.
