Everything I need for home improvement and other products I also go to Home Depot, The customer service. Is awesome. And return items are hazel free! Albany Ga store 5 stars!

Customer service in flooring was amazing! He was very helpful

I could hear the crying from the parking lot. Ok not really but I see how sad the plants were looking. The nursery employees should have known how hots it been and water all of the plants in morning. Then even the inside plants were crying for help. The set up of this homedepot was different from most I have shopped at saw plenty of employees in the store but no one greeted us or ask if they could help us find anything.

Chris at Refund Desk provided excellent customer service. He was professional, patient, & polite. He made my refund experience a good one.

The guys in the lumber area always have helped me with loading materials that I buy.

Love to come to Albany to visit this HD! Alicia and Belinda are awesome! So friendly and sweet!

A debacle of a shopping experience. Nice people but no customer service and they don't care.

Living in a rural area i shop at three Home Depots all with in an hour from me. Albany Ga., Bainbridge Ga. and Dothan Al.. Albany and Bainbridge are the two i visit the most. All three locations appear to be equal in services and materials i typically need.

I love my new Samsung refrigerator I would give it 5 stars. I ordered on a Black Friday Sale, but did not receive it at my home until late December. The contracted crew was friendly and able to sail through a tight door opening to get it in scratch free! But these are Covid times and the problem with contracted delivery crews is that they were NOT qualified to do installation, nor did they want to haul my old one as they "did not have room" on the truck. They promised to return, and I followed up to reschedule several times. After 2 months and 3 appointments with no show, Home Depot said they would cancel and refund that hauling fee. I understand these are trying times, but it was not professional to leave me hanging like this.

The workers in Home Depot are alway friendly, patient and eager to help me. They go above and beyond the call of duty.

Great shopping experience at Home Depot. Elliot is super awesome and very helpful. Jason, who brings in carts, was also super nice. He helped me load my items into my car.

All employees that I dealt with today were courteous, helpful, and polite. That’s important to me!

I was in the market for washer and dryer for two years.

I came in store bought 30 sheets of plywood and 60 1x4’s at 1:52pm. And the store had me waiting for an hour to get my order. The loading crew helped/loaded several other customers that came as paid after me as I just sat waiting. The loading/fulfillment process needs a lot of work to ensure that customers are helped in order and they are neither forgotten or skipped over because employees don’t want to help with a large order.

I had a very good shopping experience today as I usually do. The staff was most helpful in meeting my needs. Great staff!!!

Need more employees that care about customer no help,no hello how are you doing

The store was great especially the customer service by the employees, Mr Hotrod Hallon in particular.I found all of the products I needed while at the same time I was amazed at the cleanliness of the store . THE BEST EVER!

Jon the new store manager doesn’t appreciate the stores customers. Customer service from Jon is extremely weak!

Exceptional interest, and showmanship in these garden center associates at this location. They really work as a team.

The associates were thoughtful, in taking initiative to offer help and send help when trying to lift merchandise. I found them to be extremely kind, patient, & helpful in making my selections, lifting, loading my merchandise. It really made my shopping experience pleasant, delightful & inviting.
