Plants in the garden section need water badly

the sale cashier was very kind hearted so show a lot of compassion and interest in her job and my concerns thank you Ms. Brooklyn for a job well done.

Leaha, an associate, responded to a call for customer assistance in tools, then helped me find a number of items I needed. Very knowledgeable, and very helpful, made the visit a pleasure.

Emplyees were very helpful.

You have different products to choose from. Is it a crime to take the time and look and compare before spending MY money without being watched over like a hawk? Will continue to shop at Lowe’s over home depot.

I would not recommend any Home Depots’ that discriminate against veterans who served our country to give you the freedom you enjoy to do business here. We are the veterans who served but did not get shot or claimed disabilities during our service but served during military conflict and war. We are the veterans that you claim are not as deserving or worthy as those you choose to reward with a discount. I would recommend that veterans such as me should shop at Lowe’s. Whenever they can because they recognize all veterans. P.S. I do have a Veteran ID card.

The staff at this store are very knowledgeable and are more often going out of their way to help people. I have only had a few negative experiences with some of the staff in that they look at me when i require assistance like i;m bothering them. But as an overall rating, this store has superior items, the shelves are always stocked, staff friendly and i love the garden center. Would be great if they offered more discounts on some of the products in the store and bigger sales.

I don’t feel like I’m burdening the employees, they gladly help.

Employee made no effort to help me locate the items the app said they had but were not on the shelf. I finally located the boxes stored on the top shelf and the employee reluctantly got a lift to get them down stating she didn't think it was them. It was, her customer service sucked with no apology for not wanting to put in any effort.

They need bells in their special departments like Kitchen but overall better customer service than Lowe’s.
