One day I went to this Home Depot to look for a nut to temporarily replace the lug nut on my antique car. I brought in the old one, so I could match threads. The old nut was expensive and rare. At the check-out counter I accidentally left the old one on the counter and left. On the way home I realized that I had left the old one, and immediately returned. It was gone. Some of the employees helped me search in nearby trash cans, and around the area on the floor, but we couldn't find it. As I was leaving I asked another young woman, at the exit door, if she had seen it. She said she had found it, and had taken it to the lost and found. I thought to myself, who would take a nut to the lost and found? But she had, and soon she returned with my lug nut. As I walked out of the store I rang the gong loudly!

I needed paint to match my walls, brought in a small piece for matching and had no idea what finish it had. Aleece in painting was amazing at helping me match it, took 3 tries but finally got it and she was so kind while helping. The entire store was clean, the staff were friendly and I got everything I needed. Highly recommend.

Love my home Depot store the people are always so friendly and helpful at my store it's close to my home actually it's right in between the two in linden and American fork I live exactly in the middle of both but I choose American fork because it's so much better as far as being helped with customer service

We came in at the end of the evening to buy a fridge. There wasn't an employee in the appliance department, but a manager, Trevor, came to help us and he was diligent in finding answers for us and helped us complete and order, including add-ons and delivery, plus applying all possible discounts. Then he escorted us to customer service and stuck with us while Sara helped us get additional deals by applying for a credit account. Both were so helpful. Appliance purchases have several steps and it's great when it is clear the employees really want to the entire process to go seamless for us and don't just rush through and miss something. It was really a nice experience.

Horrible experience 5 years ago and my option has changed. Thanks for the great service Mackerel and E! Their attitudes really cheered me up!

If you want a Home Depot where people ask if they can help you, and then proceed to do just that, then American Fork has a treat for you! If you want a Home Depot where it feels like employees know how to organize and straighten out the displays, then this is the place! I recently moved from Texas, and while the people there were friendly, this Home Depot just has a whole different level of competency and engagement. It's almost weird. Taylor, Griffin, Andrew, and others I cannot recall their names, they are there day in and day out, just trying to help with projects big and small with efficiency and a smile. It's almost like a time machine to a simpler time when people tried to do more than the minimum.

Wanted to buy a drill. Look aisle to aisle, nobody around, okay. I'll find the other items I need. Go to lumber. have to wait for employee on phone discussing his upcoming break. half hour later, back in power tools, no employees. ask up front. they are on 15 minutes break. Only 1 person assigned to that department. Have to wait. 30 minutes later, they come back. Only to find that what I want isn't available. These employees need a break from their breaks. Come on. Don't waste my time like this.

I bought a screen door and had a very good experience. The two boys that helped me put my purchase in my car were both so helpful and kind!!😊

This Home Depot has to be one of the best Home Depot’s I’ve ever been in. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The store was so clean and I definitely will be coming to this Home Depot for all my home improvement needs/supplies.
