I ordered online. I received a notice to pick up with a code number. I picked it up with going in beyond the entrance.

During my shopping trip to Home Depot, I actually had FOUR employees ask if they could help me in any way. With their help I was able to find what I wanted quickly, and received great suggestions.

I REALLY LIKE HOME DEPOT BUT BLACK FRIDAY WAS NOT FUN AT ALL THIS YEAR AND THE POINSETTAS COST MORE BUT THEY WHERE STILL VERY NICE

PRIOR TO COVID, I USED TO SPEND CONSIDERABLE TIME SORTING THROUGH LUMBER TO FIND STRAIGHT PLANKS WITHOUT TWIST OR BEND. DURING COVID, THE LUMBER PRICES BECAME UNBEARABLE AND THE WOOD WAS SCARCE. NOW THAT THE COVID PANIC HAS PASSED, THE PRICES OF LUMBER HAVE ALMOST RETURNED TO PRE-COVID LEVELS. THE BEST PART IS THAT FOR SOME REASON THE CURRENT QUALITY OF LUMBER IS VASTLY SUPERIOR TO PRE-COVID LEVELS. I HAVE MENTIONED THIS TO OTHERS AND THEY ALL PLEASANTLY AGREE.

We were having a hard time finding a part to install our new dryer... and a salesperson took us right to it.

The employees there are always so helpful and kind Also Home depot has good quality in products always find what I need.

The lumber at this store is much better than other places and the support to get what I needed was excellent.

I WENT IN THE STORE IN A HURRY TO GET TO WORK AND SEVY THEIR STORE ASSOCIATE MADE SURE I GOT THRU THE SELF CHECKOUT QUICKLY AND HE EVEN SCANNED SOME OF MY ITEMS FOR ME TO EXPEDITE MY TIME IN THE STORE.

Would like to give a shout out to Jan who checked out my purchases on 7/3/2021 in the garden section. She was friendly and interested in what my project was when checking out my purchases. I found what I was looking for quickly.

This is really the number one HW store. Has been for decades. Sometimes I check out another and sometimes they have something that HD does not. Maybe a clearance item. But HD is the go to store for us. My wife does not even want to check out anyone else.

My wife will go here for the convenience and more items based on what my local hardware store has, but I getting help is always a challenge. There are many cashiers standing around chatting, but very few people getting help from knowledgeable employees. When asking the location of a part, I have had maybe 25% success, much less than I would expect. I can find things better myself, so asking is not something I do often any more. There are plenty of other Home Depot locations I would go to before this one. I'd go here only as a last resort, or when out of time and I knew where to find what I need.

Shopping for spring flowers and vegetables and found excellent variety, displayed well, clean and fresh.

My multiple shopping experiences at HomeDepot are always great. The employees are so helpful and they most always have what I am looking for.

What I liked they had all the products on my list that I needed (about 20 items). The employees were a great help making suggestions that really helped me

I love this store! They always have what I need or find something that will work. The customer service is exceptional and on top of their game. Very friendly and always able to help. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Several employees helped us as we shopped. We were especially happy with the suggestions a young man in the lumber department gave us for repairing a broken bed slat.

I have been frequenting Home Depot stores for many years where we have lived in California, Texas, Arizona and here in Utah. The American Fork store is my favorite of all. It is always clean, always seems to have what I want, they always provide an expert if I need one and the employees are always helpful. It really is a standout Home Depot.

A very busy Store , I am usually in the area a couple times a month and needing something from Home Depot, and yes I could go literally across the street to Lowe’s, but who does that? Last thing I bought at a Lowe’s was a cheap Caulking gun because I left mine at home, they were the only store in that area so yes then I go to Lowe’s. The Home Depot in American Fork is a great store with great employees, I ask for help I get it, need some chain cut , the 1st guy I asked was like sure, Need some wood cut down on the panel saw, 1st person I found in the area was sure let’s get that done for you, I do forget to get names because I am busy enough with my customers jobs, but I always return to the nearest Home Depot and this particular store I made 3 trips this week, and had all good experiences and no problems getting the items I needed

Owen went above and beyond. He exceeded all my expectations. Within 15 seconds of entering the store, he made sure to greet me, show me around and not just point, make sure I got all the items I would need for my project so I wouldn't have to come back (at least for this project lol)
