I worked on a kitchen and bath project with Terry Sanchez at Home Depot using American Mark cabinetry and have been very happy with his services. He is an excellent consultant for kitchen bathroom projects. He has helped me immensely with everything that I have purchased almost from the store! If you’re going to make an appointment visit with Terry Sanchez, he’s wonderful.

As a general contractor, I shop at this Home Depot and the Home Depot on 88th Avenue almost every day. This location is very convenient with a large stock of building materials and the attached tool and equiptment rental store. I can usually get everything I need with one stop at this store.

Big thanks to Sid and David in the lighting department. They really helped my husband and I with some can lighting issues in our kitchen.

The store associate checked me out. He double charged me for an item costing 7.88 Then on a different item I only had 3 quantity but he charged me for 4 items costing 4.28 SO I WAS OVERCHARGED 12.16

I worked with a gentleman named Sid. He helped me out with a lot of our new home renovation projects. Since he had a really good background and super knowledgeable in all aspects of the home Reno projects he was able to help us tremendously without having to go to multiple companies to find answers. Instead we went to one location, one Home Depot and it was easy, efficient and very accurate with his expertise. Thank you so much!!

Need to educate checkout clerks on the meaning of customer care and service. They have no idea how to treat those who purchase the product which pays their salaries.

We were lucky to get help from Dianna Duwe, who went far above and beyond to help untangle a big crazy mess regarding an online purchase of refrigerators (the mess was NOT her doing!) This person is a problem solver, bright, willing and affable. Go, Dianna!

I just purchased a kitchen counter and had a great customer service experience with Terry Sanchez. He was very helpful and patient with my wife and I, and made the purchasing process pleasant.

Clean, tidy store. Helpful employees when your in person. Bought a washer and dryer, delivery people drove away without delivering it. Told me call the store. After 30 minutes, person who answered asked it I wanted to speak to a Manager. After I was on hold 30 minutes x2 never actually spoke to a Manager. Tried calling Home Depot online disconnected twice on the 3rd try finally spoke to someone and told him the story, and got crickets. No initiative, could barely hear him. After I returned the unit and canceled, didn't have a confirmation number etc. Just told me "you'll probably get an email" had to call back and confirm it was actually canceled and the monies would go back on the card in 7 to 10 business days.

The cashiers are working hard at finding loaders for us that need assistance. LOADERS have no way to be found. They have no Walk a Talkie, cell or anyway to hear the call- the wait is HORRIBLE to find a loader. But, BRANDON the loader showed up and did a fabulos JOB, super apologetic for the breakdown in communication between them and cashier but has no control to fix problem. MANAGEMENT is dropping the ball horrible.

I had an amazing experience with Jeff in the paint department. He gave me advice on my project and tips for success.

We have shopped in this store for over 20 years and will continue to do so as their service, product line and convenient services (hours, variety of services and equipment rentals) meet our needs.

Telephone number verification and QR code does not work. Why not just verify military identification card to determine if somebody is eligible for this discount rather than making it difficult with unreliable and unnecessay technology. This just causes difficulty

Never thought we would end up getting our countertops from Home Depot - but they have a great selection and great service for both quartz and granite and other materials. I found the sales person in the department super knowledgeable and helpful.

If you need to get in the store, find and purchase what you need, avoid this place. They have so much stuff in the middle of the aisles you can’t even push a cart around.

I experienced one of the most amazing shopping experiences from this store and from the Assistant Store Manager, Tony Pogue. I was frantically trying to find a portable heater with subzero temperature outside because I had no heat in my house. Tony helped me out and was very courteous and friendly. Great customer service! Thank you Tony.

I highly recommend Steve Gilstrap in Kitchens. Have been doing houses and kitchens for 39 years and he was top of his game for my needs on the kitchen and counters i just ordered yesterday.

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot very much. They’re store great selections and easy to get in and out. There’s always parking. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

The Arvada location Home Depot always seems to have what ever gadget I'm looking for. So glad I was able to find the faucet covers here before the winter freeze came through!

The Arvada 1502 Home Depot is Hands down one of the best HD stores and one of the best hardware stores I have been to in recent years. Not only do they have products in stock, accessible and matching the website (availability wise), but they have good prices and great sales. They also have a clean store overall (They can't control every area all the time so there might be mini things here and there but They get taken care of regularly. They stay pretty organized and they take pride in their store. And most importantly the staff are friendly, available and knowledgeable about a plethora of topics. They offer assistance regularly but not too much and they are great to both welcome customers and thank us for shopping with them. My favorite parts of the store are lumber (the smell is amazing and the wood is gorgeous) and garden because I love houseplants.
