This store just has the best employees, very bright, knowledgeable and helpful.

employees not consistent with masks. a couple not even mask on person, a few not wearing the one they had, several not wearing correctly

In my last couple visits, the staff was not friendly or knowledgeable in the kitchen cabinet department and wood/moulding department. The kitchen department sent me on a wild goose chase trying to find someone to get a cabinet down from the top shelf. I asked 3 different workers in the area and they all said I needed to find someone else. One lady also told me that they could not help and bring the cabinet to the front even though my cart was full and I am disabled. What did they expect me to do?! They don't want me spending all my hard earned money there? Ridiculous! In the wood and moulding department, the expert told me they do not carry a standard round handrail. I believed him as it was not next to all the other stair/railing components. I left and found out online that of course they sell round handrails and they were in stock. I had to go all the way back and find it myself. Maybe I didn't go often enough before to notice the bad customer service or maybe its a new thing because of Covid19 stress. Either way, I am extremely dissatisfied this the department-based employee performance, and something should be done. The cashiers are fine.

Able to get in, get my online order and on my way in an in a quick and efficient manner.

We go out of our way to go to the Home Depot in Arvada. Why? Because we have always been satisfied with the staffing at the store, the fact that we're asked throughout our visits if we would like any help is really nice. The positive, knowledgeable, and helpful associates, makes for a pleasant experience. The store is clean, spacious and generally well stocked. I realize with the Coronavirus certain items are limited, and that's ok. I also want to thank all of your employees for being respectful of the mask & distance policies that are in place.

As always, employees are very helpful when assistance is needed.

Cashier Jamie was very friendly and helpful! This Home Depot store was very well stocked with product which made it easier for us to find what we needed.

Went to two different home depots and after the second attempt found the impact drill I was looking for located in Arvada. A lady named Connie assisted me in finding it. Very kind and helpful. Had a nice experience and will assuredly be back.

This Home Depot had the worse sanitary conditions of any store I have visited. They pushed customers to use the self-service check out but you had to use a hand held scanner to scan your items. No hand sanitizers, wipes or sprays were available. The hand scanner I picked up was slightly moist and sticky, which is insane with our current conditions. One the other hand, they had 3 young women standing around talking and watching everyone. I would think they could have sprayed or wiped the hand scanners but unfortunately, it appears the customers are on their own. They also excelled with the employee out front of the store yelling at customers to stay 6 feet apart. I have no idea if the shopping carts were cleaned, all I saw was a deserted spray bottle on top of a bar stool near the front of the store. Just to add to this, I had to drive home, wipe down the inside and outside of my car door handle, steering wheel, gear shift, seat belt and the door knob to enter my home. Wow, so much for being a valued customer of The Home Depot.

Such a great experience today, in the height of corona, it was actually the best part of a kind of crappy workday. I was couldn’t fine what I was looking for so asked for help, I wish I could remember the associates name but he gave me directions and a suggestion. I was directed to nail in staples, probably saving my fiancé a lot of work. Afterward, arms full after a few stops, I was in the garden section and Mac pointed me in the right direction AND brought me a cart. Everyone I encountered here today was amazing and helpful!!!

This Home Depot store is the best I have been to. The customer service is awesome. If you have a project in your head the employees do everything they can to help you put that vision together, with a wonderful customer service experience. Everyone seems to go out of their way to help you or get someone in that special department to assist you. Wonderful experience.

Very helpful and clean store, Angel, Anthony mgr, and the curly dark Key guy were all very helpful and polite and knew their jobs well as they directed us and helped with keys, and checking and Anthony even helped with pushing my merchandise cart as my child was in another cart. Angle said hi to my kid as directed us to aisle 11 keys, key guy smiled and helped make all our keys and waited patiently as I got them out.thanks for taking care of us.

Lived in Arvada for almost 50 years. Have visitred this store MANY times. If you haven't been in recently I recommend another visit - The store and the employees have an new attitude that is evident when you walk in the door. If you need help in the plumbing Department let me recommend Lenny. Wow, great attitude. helpful beyond belief. The whole store seems to have adopted the Lenny attitude. Well worth the trip even if you just walk through.

Just tell the guys in lumber to flat stack better. That's all I request. And a bed

Just don't ever need to return anything without a receipt. You will get in-store credit which isn't the issue, the issue is if you need to return an item you purchased with a in-store credit you will be denied the return and be required to go thru a 4 to 6 week appeal process to get refunded via in store credit. Very dis appointing. FYI this location is great, associates are friendly and helpful for the most part.

The associates in the window and door department have been amazing. Special kudos out to Kristine Nelson for going above and beyond - super friendly and knowledgeable!

This store could be wonderful and has been at times. Paul is always helpful and I have purchased a lot of items from this Home Depot based on his expertise. Unfortunately, I had an issue with an incompetent person in the windows/doors area of the store and now I am boycotting this store altogether. I had to special order some hinges for a door purchased at Home Depot. The guy who helped me had no idea what he was doing and I had to tell him that we needed three hinges, not one hinge for a door, for starters. After a complete hassle ordering the hinges and waiting a long time for them to come in, I went to the store to pick them up only to find that the hinges were damaged (scratched and scuffed badly). So after a complete waste of my time and energy I left without the hinges I had special-ordered. This Home Depot and Home Depot in general has gone downhill. They do not care and it shows. I will not be back based on what I experienced today.

Of the several THD stores I have shopped in since moving to Colorado the Arvada THD is hands down the best! I now only shop at the Arvada store. This store can get very crowded which can make it difficult to find someone to help you in a timely manner at times but you usually can find someone or they find you, which is great! The associates are friendly and knowledgeable and if they can't really help with what I need they will try to find someone that can. Down side is, the aisles, especially during the holidays, get so much merchandise stacked in them that navigating the store during these busier times can be very frustrating.

Every time I need Cedar it is impossible to pick without risking getting hurt . The lumber aisle next to the saw seems to be used as storage. Very un safe and very difficult to pick the Lumber .

I don't know why is it so hard to give HD money. the staff are not helpful or knowledgeable about what products they do and don't sell ~ if you can find an employee.

I will go out of my way to shop at the Arvada Home Depot rather then go to any other home improvement store, even other Home Depots. This Home Depot seems to have more in stock items, more variety and I can always find someone to help me if need be. At times it seems like everyone is shopping at this Home Depot so it can get a bit crowded and during those times you might have to wait a little longer then usual to get help but that's understandable and I will wait if necessary. I've always had good experiences with the store employees and they often go above and beyond. I always feel appreciated as a customer and that's important to me.
