The gentleman that helped me at Home Depot in Auburn Hills on Brown Road was very kind and polite he knew how disappointed I was that I could not take the washer and dryer home with me that I went there to purchase. He apologized several times I would highly recommend going in visiting him I believe his name was Bill or Bob his ID number BWK2131

This store is by far the best HD in the area. Clean. Friendly staff. Fully stocked always. I never need to look for help they always find me!

I needed a few things for the house stop at Home Depot. Not only did they have what I was looking for but it was on sale too.

Ordered dishwasher waited 2 weeks for delivery and install. Waited all day and they where very late and made up a reason not to install. Had been warned about their terrible install service. Now still have NO dishwasher. Totally unacceptable

Darcy and Steve in the Paint department went above and beyond helping my son and me with our boy scout project!!! I cannot thank them enough for their help and support.

Bonifacia is a great customer service rep. She helped me put the Home Depot app on my phone so I can get my Military Veteran discount. She was patient with me and walked me through it step by step.

From the friendly greeting to being asked in various areas of the store if I had any questions my experience was fantastic.

I have purchased thousands of dollars in building materials in the last few months and one item was a door. We ended up not needing the door and when I went to return it my husband couldn't find the receipt anywhere. All I wanted was store credit to help buy the thousands of more materials that I need to purchase and they denied me the return. I have never tried to return anything without a receipt before but this policy just baffles me. You can clearly tell the door is from their store. I will be buying the rest of my supplies at a competitor store.

Whatever has happened to Auburn Hills Home Depot. Keep it coming! I have been in several times over last weeks.... something is VERY different. OUTRAGEOULSY GREAT STAFF! A nail is a nail, Magnanimous is what the PEOPLE are at Auburn Hills Home Depot. Thank you Folks!

Michael at the HD Auburn Hills, MI store did a great job listening to me and providing recommendations on my new fromt entry door by Waudena. He new his stuff and even called the manufacturer to answer my question about the level of gloss on the factory paint. Great Job!

The customer service there is second to none. It’s always clean and fully stocked. We are close to other choices for construction materials and appliances but I suggest you check them out first.

I was in the store 10 days before Christmas and was happy to find in stock several Christmas presents in the tools department. Nothing appeared to be out of stock. I was greeted as wandered around to see if I needed help. Check out (self) was simple and quick.

Home Depot must be upping their game. I had two different employees stop and take time to make sure I got the best product for my needs

We shop at this store when ever it's necessary. All year round there is always a need when you own a home. Inside, outside, top bottom, always something to be fixed, or needed that's new. We find it convenient, especially if there id more then just one item that needs attention and that item may take a few different items to accompany the one. Even just one small item can take two or more to complete a job I', going to find them all in one place. It is convenient and because of the volume of sales it's usually a better price then most places. The employees are always willing to help and show you where something is at instead of just telling you. If it's not on the shelf they will check on line for the item and order for you. Lots of help. They can even help find a contractor that can help with a project or give you some directions on a DIY project.
