I was renovating my master bathroom and took out my 30 inches vanity knowing I had 1 on the way,just to find out they we’re delivering a some type of game chair,instead of this people apologizing to me ,they made me look like a fool,They send me an email saying I refuse the vanity that they deliver.I re order at the store and was given a 200dollar discount and,And was told This vanity will here between 5 to 7 days but online it says the 31st when it arrives.

I was not impressed with the customer service at this location. We came in to purchase a Milwaukee fan and could not find the product. I asked one lady for help who basically walked off and ignored me. After that, I looked online to try and locate the aisle number on my own. It stated to “ask an associate for assistance” in locating the item. I asked two more associates who were hard to find from the beginning and both brushed us off. After 20 minutes of getting no assistance, we ordered the fan online before checking out with the two totes we had put in our cart. Not impressed!

Do not place online orders and expect to get everything delivered. Expect for half of it to be delivered then be told your money is refunded we will not be able to deliver the rest of the items that we forgot to drop off

Our sale cashier Teresa was very kind and helpful. She is a true pleasure to interact with.

Do not use this store unless you want to get robbed or assaulted and then have every employee just look at you as if nothing happened.

Great in-store experience. They had a good selection of appliances and an associate that could answer ALL my questions. The dryer I bought is awesome. Not to mention a great price. Thanks!!!

I bought a refrigerator and was very happy that the baytown store had it stocked in the store..I have found out from past experiences that this is uncommon..I also discovered that it's competitors inventory seems to always be wrong..Thank you home depot for giving me a stress free shopping experience

I Cannot believe you hire and not train people how to do a simple job!!! It’s easy to search for an item that doesn’t have barcode!! Don’t expect customer to go look for another one!! You do your job!!!

EVERY TIME I SHOP AT THIS STORE I NEVER HAVE AN ISSUE FINDING SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME WITH FINDING A PRODUCT IF I CAN NOT FIND IT MYSELF. PLUS THEY HAVE HEALTHY BEAUTIFUL PLANTS.

Ms Sharla was my cashier. Also while waiting had a nice chat with Ms Lisa and Ms Jaimie. They were so welcoming and sweet. Made it just feel like visiting and catching up vs long wait. Highly recommend.

I went in and asked about applying for a credit card. I wanted to get a discount on my purchase and the young lady suggested I get my items and then she would help me apply for the card. She was a great help. Keep up with great customer service Home depot. You guys are awesome

Milwaukee tool are awesome and also have some Ryobi yard tools that have proven to perform well after 6 years and counting.

When heading for checkout, an Employee named Wendy helped me with my items . Didn’t feel she had to but did a really good job making me feel welcomed putting ja smile on my face. Very nice personality

This is the first time I've been in home Depot to buy something in several years. The overall store is better in appearance. There are not enough people working there. And there are no checkers to check you out! That's why they get one star! Hire some people!
