I went back to this store after this awful experience I had with someone named Braydon. I spoke with someone named Marissa who ABSOLUTELY went out of her way to help me! Not only that but a woman in the paint dep named Belinda or Brenda (sorry I do not remember exactly) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of her job! Those two women save your store from the awful experiences some employees give. The deserve recognition for their hard work and they customer service.

The store was clen and orderly and the employees went out of their way to be helpful. I delt with the appliance department and purchased a new refrigerator. Suzanne Lummus was great to work with. The next time I need and appliance I will go back to Suzanne. She is great. I will rate this purchasing experience as 5 stars.

website is useless as it does not represent even vaguely store inventory. If you see it on the sales floor they have otherwise you cannot have it. Cannot even order delivery due to poor website management

I went to all the stores in Baytown looking for a refrigerator. Home Depot had the best price plus the best price for protection plan. Got immediate service from friendly sales person. Before you decide on your product check home depot out.

Jenn in plumbing is a superstar. She didn't buckle when the crowds began to grow. She is an asset to the Baytown Home Depot.

I did find what I needed, I got assisted right away yes yes, I was ask if I need any assistance?

A few years back I was extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store, (They were rude, inexperienced and lazy) but lately I been seeing and experienced a great quality service from the employees. I'm glad to see this changes. Keep on the good work!

The employees here were super friendly and the store was well stocked with hard to find ceiling fans.

I found the hot water heater I was looking for online after hours. Called the next morning for installation and before 9 o'clock there was a service person at the door. By 1 o'clock there were workers replacing the hot water heater. The service personnel were very competent and professional. The hot water heater was bad and started leaking. The service personnel found the leak and replaced the hot water heater with another. To get a replacement Diana at Customer Service went out of her way to help me find another one.

Your employees that handle the paint department have poor customer service skills. I waited over 30 min and was never provided the service I requested. First I ask for help and they guy never went instead said gossiping with the two other girls. Next I ask for pain and am told to give them time. I gave them over 30 min and it was never started. I waited there and not once was I told it would take longer instead I hear them say they haven’t even started.

The store was in great shape. Wendy was very helpful and very polite even though it was very busy time.

Fast Easy experience will recommend this Home Depot to others.

I always find the products I need at Home Depot. I have bought excellent flooring to appliances. The store is very clean and the employees are super helpful.

I love this store, however I Can’t stay too long because it’s so stuffy and hot in there all the time. I guess that’s a good thing because I would spend so much more if it was comfortable to shop.

I went to this store today to get a few things. I was unable to locate one item in particular. I wasn't told we don't have any more.I was told that the store showed some in stock, so the clerk in that department went above and beyond to look for the tool i was looking for. After an extensive search She came back and told me that indeed they were out of the tool i was seeking. It was Her attitude and the attitude of the other lady that explained to me what happened and the way the entire transaction made me appreciate My Home Depot Store even more than i did before. My only regret is that i cannot remember these ladies names. I Pray they get the recognition they deserve for the effort to make this customer leave Happy and i did. Thank You Baytown, Home Depot!

The employee at the register was nice and helped me out. Her name was Kat. She helped me scan an item that the barcode was covered and also scan the items i had that were multiple of same thing.

I’m a frequent Home Depot shopper due to my job. At this Home Depot everyone is very helpful and professional. The store is clean and always have what i need in stock. Definitely recommend.

The cashiers are very rude and snappy. They do not show any concern for the customers. They made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. I had stopped coming to this store but thought I would give them another chance.

We own rental properties and this is our warehouse of materials. We shop here always.

Be sure to find Donna to help you. Her customer service is outstanding! You don’t find employees like her very often anymore!
