Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The store is close to my house and I can always find the items I am looking to purchase.

I am new to the neighborhood and need a few things to fix my home. I tell the employees what I am trying to fix and the help me find what I need. Not just point where I can find what I am looking for.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Even more so than other Home Depot stores I have been to. Bethany,the cashier, and Andy, the outdoor helper, were both great. I am always impressed by your staff and these two were no exception. This was the third time I had been to the Bethel Park store in two days and everyone was very kind and helpful.

Holly was the girl that helped me the following day I went back to Home Depot on January 12, 2020. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.

As I said before and every time I have filled out this survey, I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff at the Bethel Park store, they have always been super helpful and super friendly.

Every year they are ill prepared to sell Christmas trees. My advice would be to not do it then. Total embarrassment.

The employees at the Bethel Park, PA Home Depot location have a "can do" attitude and excellent customer service skills. Don't get me wrong, I have never had any problems with any other Home Depot locations but this location is the best! I purchased several border fences for my yard and was overcharged $7 for an extra fence. Not a big deal. I contacted the store and spoke with an associate by the name of TAYSIA. Since I made the purchase with my credit card she was able to credit my card immediately. She was very apologetic, efficient and professional. Just great employees, can't say enough about them.

Don Klanchar in the carpet department is the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Great guy!!! Will answer all your questions.

Great store, well stocked and competitive prices! This store is open when we encounter in-climate weather- designated as an emergency store in the area.

Just think that those answering Phones need to have answers or willing to put us on hold and finding the answer. Ryan, Anthony and Harriet really made my day and I think that is all anyone making home improvements wants. To find the product that makes their house a home.

I was surprised at how clean this location was. Everything was neat and tidy. The gentleman that assisted me with my paint purchase was very nice. He gave me a suggestion when I inquired about what finish would be best for my bathroom. Self checkout lady seemed annoyed that I needed help, but maybe she was just having a bad day. It happens to the best of us.

The store employees are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We visited gardening, plumbing, paint and blinds and found help in each department and answered all of our questions. It was a very satisfying experience.

Fantastic customer service! Linda helped me track down a receipt I lost from a purchase the previous day, and moreover, helped apply a coupon retroactively that I forgot to use on that purchase! She was all smiles and laughs through an otherwise tedious process. Lurch helped me pick out a primer and 3 paints. I didn't know much about the types, but he patiently explained the differences, and listened to all my needs / questions.

I experienced so much assistance at the Bethel Park Home Depot. Andy was very helpful with my gardening needs. He is knowledgeable, professional and very customer focused. Jessica is an exceptional sales associate. She is pleasant, efficient and very customer focused. Ryan, the Manager is always available for assistance. No job is too big or too small for him. He is very professional and customer focused.

A few years ago we bought windows, doors, had all new doors installed very and had our floors refinished. At the time Will was the store assistant manager and he was fantastic. We had some problems but he took care of everything. Also the installers were great. This review is a long time coming but we still talk about how wonderful we were treated and the great customer service the people in this store practiced.
