Debbie, the Store Manager was professional, helpful and had a "can do" attitude and style. Her employees are a reflection of her excellent customer service skills, namely Jess, Jenn and Chanaya. All of them were very efficient, proficient and excellent sales associates. Top notch Home Depot and top notch Manager and employees.

From the Customer service Department to the Pro-Desk are just Phenomenal. Just want to Recognize Sandra,Ed and Eric in the Pro-Department for there outstanding service. True asset to the Home Depot.

Very nice store! Clean, organized, extremely friendly staff and a good group of hard workers. Helped me pick the correct washer sink and even carried it to my car! Will be back!

Have lived in this community for 45 years can always find what I need . Lighting,paint dept.plumbing dept-- you name it for home maintenance.

They are consistenlty polite and always help me make my purchasing decision even when "THE HOME DEPOT" does not have what I need.

The store is always clean, and the store associates are always helpful. If I can't find what I'm looking for (which is rare), I know someone will be able to point me in the right direction.

Everything is always so clean and organized, we always find everything that we need at this location. The employees always go above and beyond and are always so helpful and friendly.

The Friendliest Home depot. Most staffs are very helpful and fast.

The store has sufficient stock most of the time. For instance was actually looking for a 24" LED light for above the kitchen in a "daylight" 5700K brightness, but had to settle for 2,500K soft light. As the Daylight wasn't in stock, YET. It's a smaller store and closer to home. It's great for basic needs. It's clean and organized. Could use a few more floor staff.

The store is wonderful. I think the main difference from other similar stores is the group of employees. They are super!

Friendly staff and usually has a wide selection of succulents/plants for us plant addicted folk. I would recommend this Home Depot for that at the very least!

The floor saleswoman was great.. sorry I forgot her name Michelle maybe? I did remember last week when I completed the online survey. She went out of her way to check with manager to ask if the store could donate an item for the charity I work for. She then found me in the store to let me know they could help us out. I hadn’t asked or expected it. I was just checking costs to see if i could do the project. I was very touched.

it was easy to find someone to help me, Stan was the guy, from the pro desk but he was in the aisle when I was looking for help. He was friendly and helpful. HE helped me problem solve and find exactly what I needed.

Never anyone to help you and when you find someone they aren’t very nolagable in the department they work in

Hello, I have been to Home Depot a lot lately as I am in middle of finishing my attic. I stopped by this evening with the intent on purchasing a large amount of wood but was unable to do so. In fact I hurt myself in an attempt at getting the wood off shelf. I understand that the store needs to restock after hours but what is the sense in keeping the store open if the products are unreachable. Many people just stood around and not 1 offered to help. Again seems like a waste of money to keep a store open if people get purchase what they need.

One time a long time ago, I got some bad advice from an employee that resulted in spending more money than necessary and causing the project to take longer than it should have.

My experience with Callan Carnahan and Bill the Assistant Store Manager was outstanding. I needed to replace a special order patio door and narrowing down my purchase decision was not easy. Callan was extremely helpful and patient with me. I know I made the right decision but would not have been able to do so without his help. Both Callan Bill are extremely courteous and professional employees of the Bethel Park Store. These gentlemen are true assets of the store. Both men are models of what customer service should be with all businesses. Please compliment both men for their extra effort to go over and above the norm. to please the customer.

Have been shopping at this store for years. Always very satisfied with helpfulness of store employees and quality of merchandise.

Always helpful and friendly

This location is so close to our neighborhood, I love it! The only thing that would make this place perfect is if they carried groceries so i wouldn't have to go anywhere else. lol
