Always friendly staff with a large selection of supplies!

Store was very clean, someone greeted us at the door and directed us to the correct location

Employee went above and beyond to locate me in the store after trying to locate a specialty item in heating /duct work.

This Stores is nice really I want to have it recommended because what I look I find it. and I want to have it recommended to all my friend here in Biddeford

we needed to return a item yes I forgot my receipt but to say they were only giving me 30.00 store credit on a 94.00 item is stealing. They tried to say it was policy to give the lowest advertised price I looked and did not find this item on sale anywhere. Check your receipts

Great customer services all ready to assist, the store was clean and products are easy to find.

The employees at this store are great. Everyone worked hard to make sure my shopping experience was a good one. Tee, the cashier who checked me out did an excellent job. She made sure I was happy with my purchase and checked to see if I needed any help loading it into my vehicle.

The store is convent, has a great range of products and friendly helpful staff.

Not all employees in the garden section were wearing masks. Social distancing not adhered to. Lack of knowledgeable help. Products unavailable. Overcharged at checkout. Very disappointed.

Andy and Garrett in florring went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. Im a vet and had hurt my back just before coming in. They did everything in their power to help make sure I didnt have to move to much. And after hours of working on my flooring and ordering and gathering they still had a smile on their face. I cant thank them enough for what they did. Andy is AMAZING.

My Home Depot! I'm a New Homeowner and I've been Satisfied every time I go in. If and When I have a Question or 2 there are Employees that are Knowledgeable enough to Answer them and even take the time to walk me over to what I'm looking for or give me Ideas to finish my project that I may not have thought of.

It is always good to see Jack; even when he's not in his department he is very helpful or has a smile on his face. I was recently helped by 3 different employees at closing time. Got what I needed quickly without having to look to hard for the items. They walked with me and showed me what I was looking for without having to search for it my self in whatever ailse number would typically be given. Looking forward to store hours being extended to normal hours once again.

Generally I'm a fan of Home Depot. I love their generous return policy. But I'm finding this is store is not doing an adequate job of enforcing current safety regulations, specifically mask wearing of customers and employees. Until that happens, I will seek other options for my home repair needs.

We ordered 2 windows for pickup and some lumber to be delivered. The lumber was not delivered on the day they said, and they never called us. We are still waiting for it 2 weeks later. As for the windows, we went to pick them up when we got their email. We waited for 40 minutes for the curbside delivery, but they never came. When we went in (after waiting in line for 20 minutes), we were told that they had cancelled 1 window without telling us. They also tried to give us a replacement window when we had ordered new construction windows. Of course the one we had ordered was now "out of stock". We will not be returning to this store or ordering from Home Depot again.

This store has some of the most friendly and likable employees. I have never left without getting all the assistance I needed.

Jason, Paige and Kat go above and beyond to help the customers. They spent way more time than I expected them to in order to assist me to get a custom order completed.
