At this time with the Virus spreading quickly one would hope Home Depot would ensure they are doing everything possible to protect both the employees and public. Very few employees were wearing masks! Most shoppers did have them on but not all. They need to enforce safety policies to wear masks at all times when in the store and also require shoppers to also have a mask when they enter the store. The lack of concern for safety at the Biddeford store was apparent and alarming!

This store is always well stocked. In over 15 years I can't remember having to leave without what I needed. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Returned an item I bought yesterday in error, bought the right one and a few extras. Janet my cashier was great - quick and friendly. Great selection of items as usual. But please, stop asking if I want the Home Depot credit card. I don't want to wait for the person in front of me to apply for the credit card either !

Karin at the paint counter was awesome! This was my 3rd attempt to color match something and the other 2 places were not at all helpful. Though we couldn't color match, she did help me find something from the color wall that worked great!

The store is nicely stocked with everything you need and there are actual people on the floor that can assist you if you need help, including the store manager. Everyone is friendly and courteous. Shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Biddeford has the best group of Staffers. Helpful, friendly, if they don't know something they hunt down the person who does. They are honest when you ask a question. I can go save tax 25 min away from my home by going to Newington but my husband and I love the Biddeford staff. It's like the neighborhood hardware store. The paint dept. amazing and very knowledgable with friendly helpful employees. Love the gals with colorful hair and sparkles. Rene I think is a manager and he is always very helpful. He once was going on lunch and stopped and helped my husband and I. Ruth at customer service and the rest of the staff outstanding. In a world of poor customer service in retail Biddeford is doing it right!!!!!!! Other retailers could take a cue from the team in Biddeford. Biddeford take a ****bow**** you all do a great job!

I love my local Biddeford Home Depot store! I have redone my home room by room with the help and guidance of the friendly and knowledgeable associate's at Home Depot! They have great ideas, offer fair prices, have first hand knowledge and the end result is I always come out a winner! My favorite store!

Once again I saved enough $ to buy new, never been used window shades for my home. All set up holes drilled for hardware. One of the boxes did not have any hard ware in it. Called to see what could be done. Store clerk hung up. Not only have they eliminated their cashier's at no savings to the customer. They sell used merchandise who people thinking their buying new! Either way I have to go back to settle with. Time and money. Thanks for taking the joy and excitement from buying something I've waited to save for.

I rely upon Home Depot for all my home and garden needs because they carry strong, sturdy, beautiful products; that their staff are well trained, polite, and go way out of their way to accommodate a weary customer is icing on the cake. This store has served my family for 3 decades faithfully and deserve high praise for top products and a quick pleasant shopping experience.

Store heavily understaffed. Several products unavailable even when on display. Had to search for employees to help. Usually go to a different Home Depot which is much better. Wasted a hour between waiting for someone to help and even he couldn’t find the products we were looking for.

Ordered windows twice. The people running the window department don't know the difference between a rough opening and actual window size. Happened TWICE now I have windows that don't fit and I can't return.

I have been shopping at the Home Depot in Biddeford for many years. The store sales associates are friendly and willing to assist. I usually have no problem finding the products I need.

You should have more associates like Marty in appliances! Makes coming to your store a more pleasant experience!
