I had a very humbling experience while shopping in Home Depot. I was extremely tired due to a tornado hitting our house and I was looking for supplies to make our generator run for power. Jordan went above and beyond to help me find the supplies that I need. I am so very grateful for the kindness and help!!!!

Emily , Connie and Scott work very hard in the customer service relationship. Emily worked very hard in resolving an order that had been going on for 5 months. I bought a very expensive table saw and never came in . Emily stepped up and pursued ever avenue until she got it resolved. To me she a retail god!!! Welcomed Jamie today as new store manager

I purchase a reasonable washer and dryer set and the salesperson did a great job in helping me select the best set for me.

We visit this store often and the customer service is exemplary.

The employees at the Pro Desk are top notch. They are very accommodating and efficient.

We purchased a ridding John deer mower. Just finished loading it on our trailer and was strapping it down when another guy pulled up with his trailer and said that’s my mower! They double sold the last John deer riding mower. We had to take the mower off our trailer, it was given to the other guy and had to get a refund!!!! 3 hours and left with no mower!

Bruh, Sydney, Ian, and Grace were incredibly helpful. More customer service representatives like them at every business would make life much smoother.

Friendly, helpful employees. Never a bad attitude from any of them and that really does make it a great place to shop.

This store is always neat and clean. The employees are knowledgeable in their sections and when they don't know and answer, they go above and beyond to find someone who does. They always assist in shopper "completing the job" for each particular shopping trip. Thanks to all who have assisted me recently and over the years that I have been shopping in this store! Home Depot is always my first stop for diy needs :)

Had a paint purchase to make and the employee Jasmine was exceptional in her assistance and providing advice and options without the sales pitch to buy this or that. We were very appreciative of her help to make our large purchase. Store is clean and all the employees are pleasant.

Love this store! Many employees are tradesmen who are retired or still active in a trade. Their knowledge is invaluable to the DIYer. Thanks specifically to Buddy, Lois and Steve! You all made a daunting task (loading 10 sheets of Durarock) an enjoyable venture!

Home Depot is the best place to shop for any home improvement products. It is easy to check out and it is easy to return and exchange with no issue. All associates are professionals.

The people waiting on us ea time were very informative and knowledgeable of the appliances.

I love to shop at Home Depot more than other places to Garden, Home decors, etc.. However, One of the cashier on Garden focus on her cell phone more than focus on her customer.

I really enjoy working with Tyana , she took a interest in see that I got what I was lookimg for and made the trip pleasant. I believe she general works in garden but was great in helping me find other things I was looking for. Thank you and her.

If you plan on visiting this location, you had better get out your roller skates. There are only 2 check out place one at each end of the store. One in the garden Department and the other at the other end of the store and if you make a mistake and park at one end and enter that end of the store but the product is located at the other end of the store. You had better be under 50 years old and in good shape, physically.

The employee that helped me was a new employee of only 7 days employment at home depot. He was still very helpful and knew a lot about how to take care of customers. Very kind man.

Dissatisfaction with delivery service, and nonchalant attitude with any concern a customer has. Was to receive free delivery and told because I worked the only way to set up time would to pay extra.

Over all this store seems to be clean and everything is typically in order. Im able to find most items based off of the location stated online,, and items are usually in stock as stated. The lack of the one star is based on getting an employees help. Ive been sent to an isle before to find something, only to search, and then been told it was moved after I go back to let them know it was not there. Never has an employee taken me to an item. I often walk around and pass multiple employees before one offers guidance or asks if help is needed. There have also been isles blocked off with noone in them where items were needed. This is an inconvenience, and sometimes its difficult to find someone for help.
