The store was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Had cashier her name Tara very helpful when I went to pay for the shower rod my Debit card and ur machine wasn’t working good and had to rescan my card, I wanted to make sure, since the 2nd time it went through and I was worried about getting Double charged but she showed me the receipt and not to worry, since I have over $7k in my checking account I wanted to make sure, which to be truthful CAN I BE SURE my 1st scan and receipt will not be used...NOW I’m thinking about it I saw the 1st rejected receipt, so what happens to that piece of paper with my Debit numbers on it????????

No one had time to help me then when I did ask someone to where I might find items you would think I was talking foreign language!! So no I don’t have a good review for this store!

Would give 10 stars if possible. I worked retail for almost 40 years, so I know how important customer service is. This store has employees that go above and beyond, at every visit. I will only do my shopping at this store for all my home improvement needs

This store is highly respected in our community , its customer service is what most people talk about ,and you can usually always find what your looking for in this store.

The Home Depot in Bowling Green, Kentucky does not provide a safe environment for the community during normal operating hours. They do not enforce the mask policy that is posted at their store. Constantly using fork lifts during the store hours. Ladders are always blocking the shelves. Staff is not visible throughout the store and when they are they are usually on their cell phone.

Well Managed Store, love being able to look-up item and it being there to pick up.

We had and awesome experience in buying our fencing material. Emily and Lois were fantastic. We would encourage everyone to visit this location when needing to buy project materials for their home.

This has been our "go to" hardware and appliance store for several years. Everyone on staff there has been pleasant and helpful. Prices are competative and supplies are most always in stock. Our only negative experience, if you can call it that, was a one time lengthy wait to get some assistance with questions about carpeting/hardwood flooring. We are glad to have this store in our community.
