This store is clean and great customer service. Easy to find help when needed and friendly associates. Almost always have what I need.

Sale cashier named Charlene at this store is very rude.. refuses to help you when you do an exchange, not a return but an EXCHANGE!! Tells you that she can not do it because it’s your husbands credit card not yours!!!! Very unprofessional behavior!!!

great selection for Christmas shopping

doing a major remodel, I was splitting my purchases between home depot and another big box, gave up on the other big box even though closer, they just didn't have the inventory on hand.

I am soooo pleased with the service I received in Kitchen Design from Randy B. Randy is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this Home Depot because of the attention to detail that Randy provided.

I returned $115.70 worth of merchandise that I purchased with my Chase visa. $101.70 of that merchandise was on that card. A $13.78 closet pole was not purchased using that card. Karen offed me a store credit for it. The entire $115.70 ended up on a store credit. She told me there was no other option. I spoke with Quincy the manager, he basically said tough luck. Now HD security has labeled me as a thief when it was Karen that made the mistake.

I paid for a granite kitchen countertop a month ago also paid for the installation after they came and took the measurements the told Mei had to pay $232.94 extra cause they did not have what I paid for, if they did not have what I paid for they they should assume responsibility and not make me pay for their mistake.My design consultant is Joe Smith , I expect some answers or I will be contacting the BBB.Thanks.Jose Pena

Employee Billy is extremely helpful, nice, and funny. Even though I came in few minutes before closing, he took me to the items I needed (I am terrible at looking for things) and helped me choose from product's options too. He was amazing.

I did have an accident at this location and the associate that I asked for help at garden center Mary was so rude and she even charged me thru the point that another customer intervene,awful and sad situation at top that I was hurt!

Appliance department Kim in the appliance department is probably the most knowledgeable helpful and pleasant associate I have seen at Home Depot.

When I went to the checkout, Carla, was the best employee that I have had the privilege to pass through! She was so sweet, kind, and genuine. I love that fact that she has such a calming voice. Out of ALL of the stores that I have been through, Carla was the best cashier that I have ever seen!

We had a problem with a former employee who serviced us on her last night and didn’t not do her best. After finding out the problem she created we came back to the store to get it resolved and after some back and forth, the ASM Linda and the Paint department Manager Trina really made us feel confident with the decision that was made to rectify our problem, and Trina did an amazing job to keep the conversation flowing toward a positive outcome. Providing both a firm control over the conflict and a willingness to compromise so we felt heard and appreciated.

Co-worker keke is a great employee at the Home Depot in Snellville on Scenic hwy. She have a great attitude with customers and other co-workers that work with her. She helped myself and other customers that came into that store right away. Thank you Home Depot for hiring a great team.

First thing you enter the store the employee welcomes you . Very neat store. Mostly everything is in stocked and very easy to get around everyone is so nice and will go above and beyond for you :))
