I shopped all over Bradenton for a large upright freezer, and ended up going back to Home Depot where my search began. Not because they were the least expensive, but because they offered the best service and I trusted that the product I was buying was new and in good condition, with a free delivery by responsible and efficient personnel.

Julie when I go to home Depot in other areas they are not as friendly as this one is. I highly recommend employee of the month to Rickki for his friendliness promise kindness and warmth for the customer he also came back and asked if I needed anything else after allowing me to view all of the door knobs and locks. He is excellent

i bought a gift card for a friend for x-mas and i inadvertently threw it away. it was only $50. i thought there was no way i'd get resolution but was surprised when the store was able to redeem the card. very nice folks to do what they did for a small fry like me. thanks!!

CS Associate Jewel, was extremely helpful and caring about resolving issues concerning my returns. My time exceeded a 30-minute visit and she kindly provided me with a discount for my troubles, patience and time spent. It was an unexpected and kind gesture.

I RENTED A TRUCK AND I HAVE NEVER DRIVEN ONE OF THIS CALIBER. WAS QUITE FUN. HOWEVER I LOADED EVERYTHING WRONG AND I THOUGHT I WOULD CAUSE AN ACCIDENT SO I WENT TO THIS STORE DESPERATE AND TWO YOUNG MEN JULO AND SAM HELPED ME AND STRAPPED EVERYTHING DOWN DEC 17TH I WILL NEVER EVER FORGET WHAT THEY DID FOR ME AND THE ANXIETY THAT WAS RELIEVED. THESE TWO BOYS WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY!!!

I was really touched by how many of the employees in the store went out of their way to see if they could help us. All in all I probably dealt with six of them. There's nothing more frustrating than not being able to find something and then not being able to find someone to help you find it. But home Depot really shines on this particular subject. I do not like the self check out I never will I guess my generation believes in customer service from start to finish. Otherwise a pleasant experience every time

We have been remodeling our kitchen. The items began coming in mid October. Every trip to Home Depot has been successful in getting what I needed!

Shopping for flooring can be unpleasant as the cost is high. Matt was amazing, he walked me thru and helped me choose what would be best for what i wanted. Melissa was so friendly trying to assist over the phone. On my way out i asked an employee where an item was he took me right to it, then i made another stop asking an employee to cut wire, he was just very polite, said hed be happy to help, and i felt like he really meant it, wasnt just something he was told to say. Store 0244 rocks with great friendly staff.

I had to but a few things for the house I just moved in .. this place has it all. Very recommend it..

I needed TOGGLE LED replacements for my office Flourescent lights. I had to drive quite a ways but this store had IN STOCK what other stores didn't.
