HOME DEPOT IS SO WELL ORGANIZED I CAN FIND THE RIGHT LIGHT BULB, FILTER, OR FAUCET TO REPAIR MY OWN HOME. EVERY MONTH WE FIND SOMETHING TO FIX AND SAVE TONS OF MONEY!

Ordered an online Milwaukee mower, only to find 0 inventory when I arrived. Mike - from hardware - walked the store with me trying to find one. Susan, the Assistant Manager, tracked on down, from another store, and set up a home delivery - and gave me all the discounts I qualified for - plus waived the delivery charge. Thanks to Susan and Mike for going out of their way to take care of me :)

Raffy helped me get and chose pots and plants for my garden! And was very sweet and had a uplifting attitude.

We needed to purchase an appliance, and received excellent customer service and assistance. It was available in store, and we were able to take it home right away.

So sad when after serving this country for 20 years to be treated so poorly by a HD sales clerk. Jan has no sense of boundaries or respect for people. Standing 6 inches from someone with bad breath and rubbing their body against someone is just plain gross!

Curt and Lisa went above and beyond for our small kitchen remodel making sure the cabinets worked and the appliances were exactly what we needed. Thank you both for your help

Purchased this product as new and was in a sealed box at store. Actual product was a filthy, obviously already used saw that hade hardware missing. Never buying at Home Depot again!

For a Holiday we expected longer waits and crowds. We were in and out despite the busy day. Friendly staff (thanks Ashlee!) and great selection!

Rude Assistant manager

I bought a washer and dryer mid November hoping for delivery on 1/30. The installation was not as expected. Purchased a snowblower by phone. When I arrived to pick it up after receiving a confirmation it was not available at the store and could not be found anywhere. Very disappointing

Charged for bags when I only purchased lumber. Not acceptable at all.

Richard in the Pro area was very helpful and friendly. I'll be coming here more often!

Just go somewhere else

I find that when I am in this Home Depot, I have to go out of my way to find an associate to assist me when I have questions; usually I just default to using the website to locate products because associates show no interest in even greeting customers, much less assisting them in finding anything. It is pitiful that decent customer service, the most basic and fundamental reality of retail, is not even on the radar of the associates in this store.

Appliance associate lied about difficulty and parts required to install my dishwasher. He convinced me that I would not be able to install it myself so that I would pay extra for installation. After several problems with the installation team communicating poorly, not following the procedure I had been explained, and refusing to do the work, I decided to install it myself and it was indeed extremely easy. When I called to report what had happened, I was hung up on, transferred from desk to desk and left on hold for several minutes, eventually being met with condescending attitude from the same department (perhaps the same person) who sold me the appliance in the first place.

I highly recommend Dave, in the Home Depot Plumbing Dept in Castle Rock, CO, for excellent plumbing advice. He quickly found the right parts I needed and saved me a lot of time.
